Golf Town

Got fitted for the first time at the Boisbriand location, I had a great experience, staff members Pierre and Maverick were awesome, they help me out and got me the clubs that were made for my swing.I highly recommend going here.

I am visiting Montreal area and brought my clubs to get in some rounds while her a new set of Zx5’s purchased at gt Coquitlam store that I decided to regrip with midsize like my old irons and I chatted with Justin who did them right away was super friendly and did an excellent jobHe was very busy helping out a few customers when I left so I’ll say thank you Justin for a job well done quickly, friendly and efficient!!

The golf town is huge… BUT I went to change my putter grip and they were having so much trouble getting the TAPE off. I ended up taking my putter without a grip and payed for the new grip. Ended up just bringing it to my golf club and they did it sweat free.

I have been shopping at golf town since they opened, especially seeing how local golf shops are struggling and trying to stay opened. However I changed from Laval store to Blainville hoping to get better service. While my complaint isn’t not directly the store fault, I will admit their communication it’s awful. I went in 6 weeks ago, looking to change shafts. The rep had told me the club I am currently using isn’t quite a fit for me. ( I was fitted for it at golf town). He recommended a lighter shaft, one he did not have in store. I was told he would contact taylormade local fitter to drop off a couple of shafts that he thought would work for me. He claimed it would be about a week or so. I didn’t mind waiting, however it’s been 6 weeks, I call every 8-10 days or so. I keep getting the run around. I would prefer he be honest and tell me he forgot or the fitter cannot bring the shaft. Last week he said it would be here for sure this week. I called, and no response or call back. I work in customer service, and this is an example of poor customer service.

It's pretty hard to get someone to help you. Great selection of products

Can't reach them on the phone. Understaffed. Went there to get fitted for a putter, gave me specs verbally and sent me a completely different computer analysis by email. I have tried to clarify this without success for more than a week without success and gave up. I ordered through my golf pro instead in the end and got a better price to boot.
