Some say the hardest thing is walking in the front door and they are right. Not every gym can be inviting and sometimes intimidating but Thomas and his gym make you feel like home as soon as you walk in that door. Great atmosphere and amazing training.

Learning jiu-jitsu has been (and continues to be) one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Although I am still very new, the physical and mental benefits have been amazing and any stress or issues in life drifts away when you're on the mat. Every instructor is friendly, extremely accommodating and generous in sharing their knowledge and experience. Starting such an intense sport/martial art can be daunting and intimidating and I was very nervous going in, but the environment has been exceptionally welcoming and I have become absolutely hooked!
