Sean from Macintosh Appraisals pulled through for me!! We had a rush situation due to the developer giving the appraiser only 3 choices of days to view the new build with very little notice and only ten business days to complete on the purchase. All appraisers that I've spoken to in the last few days are working on a 3-5 business day turn around time. Sean rearranged his schedule and worked through his lunch hour today to complete the appraisal today....SUPER GRATEFUL. I would recommend Macintosh Appraisals to my clients with no hesitation. Don’t waste your time and money . Claimed the house was 82 years old, when it’s completely rebuilt and is only 12 years old.Used comparable houses that were older with fewer renovations. Missed a second bedroom in the basement completely. The total number of rooms and bedrooms was less than what actually existed.
