Good selection of raw food. The staff are friendly and so thoughtful. They take their time to get to know you and your fur baby by name which is why I keep coming back. The prices are reasonable but I wouldn't cut costs for my dog

The store is very bright, clean and organized which makes it super easy to find what you're looking for, and they have a large selection of products. The staff are amazing! They're very friendly and knowledgable and are always willing to help. I love going here and so does my pup!

Staff was lovey and the atmosphere was really nice with a cute cookie display in the centre! Overall the prices for standard products were a little above what you would see at a chain store but of course you aren’t coming to a store like this to get the chain items so it’s not surprising. I picked up some super cute toys for my little dog (which can be tough to find!) and I definitely plan on coming back!

I love this store! It is always impeccably clean and I can always find high quality food for my pets and even the occasional special treat. Thank you for always being a reliable and enjoyable shopping experience.

Just had our first visit at the Dundas and Neyagawa location and met with the Manager, Elissa (not sure of spelling). We were very impressed with her welcome, her knowledge and efforts to help us with a food program for our extremely picky Maltese. She even had samples for our dog to try and they were a big hit. We were blown away. After a frustrating 13 months of trying to find quality food that our puppy likes we got the advice and help we needed. Thank you Elissa.

I was greeted with a big smile, welcomed with love and handled with care as soon as I opened the door. I called earlier enquiring about dog food which has been a challenge to obtain. The gentleman on the phone confirmed he had it in the size and flavour I was looking for. Unfortunately the store was closing and I was on the other side of town. He said “no problem! We’ll be here come on down.” Now that is customer service to the tenth power! I got my dog food, I wasn’t rushed. They asked me questions about my dog and also gave me suggestions about other foods and things to do. They even signed me up for their customer points program. This is well after the store has closed. The gentleman let me know that their store is family owned and it’s okay and take my time. I loved that it is family run. Their son was even helping out in the background. Truly a family affair. They told they have dogs also. They were so caring, funny and went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated as a customer. If I could give more stars I would! I have been to other dog stores within the area but this one is “roll out the red carpet service.” It’s beautiful and modern inside. There are so many products I haven’t seen and products I’ve always wanted to try but could never get unless I ordered online. This is my new pet store for my fur baby. I highly recommend this store! In the short amount of time spent with this beautiful family I am blown away with the care and support they gave me. They have a forever customer.

They have Canada pooch, lots of sizes/ colour options. Really useful to not pay shipping from Canada pooch directly and be able to try on the rain coat on my dog. The person working there was really helpful and nice. It was also 25% off the rain coat which was great. I’ll be shopping here for dog clothes/ accessories.

It's been a while since I've gone to this place (due to COVID) but the staff are INCREDIBLY helpful in finding what you need and the store has a large and diverse assortment of treats, food and supplies for your four-legged friends. What a wonderful place! My dog and I both love coming here.

Super friendly staff, very welcoming, understanding of my dogs needs (straight from a shelter and tummy issues). Carries really healthy brands. Nice looking displays and easy to navigate.
