I have been shopping at Bestway TV and Appliances for 25+ years. The building and showroom aren't fancy but Ross and his sales team are the best around. Extremely knowledgeable people who provide you excellent advice on a variety of TV's and appliances without being pushy. It is a challenge these days to find this kind of expertise, customer service and pricing all in one place. I highly recommend shopping here!

Just bought a new TV from him and also bought appliances. From beginning to finish I would definitely recommend the service I received! My family has been shopping with Bestway fro years and plan on continuing!A+ and definitely recommended!

Ross was very helpful. I feel confident that he will help us find what we need for our kitchen renovation. He took the time to explain all the various features available for each appliance and brand name etc.

We spoke to Ross on the recommendation of our friend who is an appliance repair man.Our dishwasher was not fixable so Ross gave us a great education on all the options. We managed to get a model we were happy with installed just a few days later and for less than one of the big stores.

If you are in need of anything in the way of large or small household appliances, TVs, or audio, I highly recommend Bestway. Just read all the other reviews that are way more eloquent than mine. The personal service at Bestway is unmatched anywhere else, and the staff’s extensive knowledge is invaluable. You will never get their level of service from any big box store.Unlike the other big name retailers, you can depend on Bestway to be there for you if you need assistance even after the sale has been transacted. I wouldn’t be able to say anything like that about Walmart.Whenever I need any appliances or electronics I go to Bestway, as I have complete faith in their expertise. The staff that I know have been long-time employees for many years; Ross was the first one I met more than 20 years ago, when he sold me my first big TV.I have been their customer since the mid 1990s and I am ever so glad that they are still around!Bestway TV is the epitome of the small business that we NEED to keep alive. It would be tragic for this business to go the way of other favourite small businesses.Thanks you guys!

Great experience! Even with the supply chain issues, Ross helped us find a dishwasher with all our requirements. And we got it delivered & installed in a decent time frame.

I had to replace three old appliances and had to get them quickly as they were the workhorses I relied on the most - dishwasher, dryer, washing machine.After briefly shopping around at the big box stores, I was referred to Bestway (which I had never heard of before). I am very glad I was too - within an hour of calling Ross and telling him what my budget and requirements were, he sent me a list of appliances that suited my needs.When I checked, all the prices were on par or lower with the big box stores for the brands. He also specified which were in stock and ready to be delivered, and sent me some models that were not in stock. For those, Ross offered to send temporary ones to me so I could use them until mine arrived (if I had my heart set on a model that wouldn't arrive for months).After I made my choices, all in stock, he got me a delivery date, and within four days (two of which were the weekend) I had everything in my house and installed. He was always quick to address my concerns, and I always felt listened to. Ross also happily answered all my questions on brands and reliability. The experience overall was brilliant.* As a side note: front load washer/dryers are not only gentler on clothes and low on water usage, they are also apparently very entertaining to certain cats. Mine will always stop to watch the tumbling show.

Bestway was recommended to me by a friend, as I was looking for an entire kitchen appliance package for an older home I had purchased. Ross spent over an hour explaining the differences between models and how the newer features worked. From there, I was able to make an educated choice of the best appliances for my needs without any pressure or upselling. The pricing was also lower than what was estimated by one of the giant appliance chains. During my renovations, the delivery dates changed multiple times, but Ross was always pleasant to work with and reschedule things for me. Old fashioned care and customer service at its best!
