Woman with the blonde hair at the desk has a horrible attitude and was not helpful or friendly at all. Asked if they had an item in stock and was ignored and when I asked a second time she said “no” in a very ignorant tone and gave me a dirty look. Not professional at all

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff working here. Especially the gentleman working in the repair side of the shop. I went in with a brand new board with a manufacturing defect. He was able to explain to me what was wrong with it and did everything he could to get me on the hill as quickly as possible. He was patient, understanding and approachable to my self and everyone else I saw walk in the shop. I’d give these people 6 stars out of 5 if I could.
