I had a new fireplace built and they did an awesome job as you can see. This is the second fireplace Alpha did for me. My outdoor see through fireplace is now 10 years old and still looks and works great. Rob built both and he is super to work with!

Would have given 5 stars if nothing happened in the last 5min.Fireplace pilot didn't stay lit. Thermocouple tested good and gas valve tested bad, according to service manuals. Bought both from Alpha but found old gas valve working with new thermocouple thus didn't bother to replace the valve. Went a 2nd time to return the gas valve.Everything was smooth until I questioned the miscalculation on the refund amount. He got defensive and emotional as if I were challenging his integrity, although I were not.Human beings make mistakes. I made my mistake in diagnosing the problem, those authored service manuals made (big) mistakes. Getting the mumber wrong isn't a big deal. It's okay.

Very happy customers! In looking to improve our gas-heating efficiency, after several inquiries and advice, we had Alpha Home Energy install a see-thru linear fireplace. Was a pleasure dealing with Rob and his installer, James... no questions unanswered and install done so smoothly! Definitely recommend these folks for your gas fireplace install!

Amazing service and support. Our home experienced a fire and Rob and his team were quick to source a replacement fireplace and get it installed in time for Christmas. We bought a Valor H3 fireplace with a clean kit install and birch log set from Alpha Home Energy in Abbotsford. Rob and his crew handled everything very professionally.We already had reno's in progress along with our own gas fitter. Even so Rob happily dealt with us, and even figured out some measurements for us. Plus his initial all in price was well worth the drive from Chilliwack.Moreover, after sales service and our extra parts return were seamless.Most of all this unit is so realistic looking when it's on, only missing the log crackling noise! Heat is also outstanding. Even without a fan option it radiates very well. We did get the 120 volt ignition adapter option, well worth $40.Thanks Rob!
