I recently had the pleasure of using the printing services at the UPS store and was blown away by the level of customer service I received. Not only were the staff extremely helpful in assisting me with my printing needs, but they also went above and beyond by emailing me when I left my charger behind. The staff at this location are always willing to accommodate my rush jobs, and I am consistently impressed by the level of professionalism and efficiency displayed by the team. I highly recommend the UPS store for all of your printing needs. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are satisfied.

Brilliant business. The owners and staff are an absolute delight. They offer a variety of useful business services at this location (and their new one). Everything from mailbox service, printing, shipping, and more. After having dealt with UPS locations in many different places across several countries, this one ranks amongst the very best. Highly recommended.

The lady working in the evening ... I think Bindu is a gem! I swear what a great customer service. She went out of her way to find best deal for me for a return. There are 3 other UPS stores close to my home but I go here for their excellent customer service. Not sure how they keep delivering when no other UPS stores don't even come close. This UPS store #31 & #243 and their team were awesome to work with! They were able to turn around a pull-up banner and small print job for an event quickly. The manager of store #31 had exceptional communication skills and kept me updated throughout the process. Thank you again for getting it done in such a short turnaround time.

Today I went to use the printing services at the UPS store, the level of customer service I received was good, both of them were helpful with my requirement. The staff are friendly.My only feedback is about the printing prices. They charged me $4 for three black and white prints. My surprise was that I had the documents on a USB, so they charge $3 if you print from a USB. It doesn't have any sense to me

Great place! Didn’t realize how much printing they do - and they do it well. Super easy to send in files to be printed, and the turn around time is amazing. I asked to get 200 postcards printed and they were done in less than 3 hours. Bindu is great, super personable and very helpful. Bindu and Akshay are business owners who really care about other business owners. They offer fantastic services for small business owners, such as civic mailing addresses, printing and design services for all of a business's marketing needs. They are way more than a place to ship stuff! Love for the UPS Store 243!

Akshay and Bindu were able to print me a custom table cloth, brochures, a sandwich board, and a qr code within a week for a last minute trade show. Incredible service.
