Highly knowledgeable owner and employees that don't fool around. They know their stuff here and I appreciate them. I always bring my car here, no exceptions.

Asked for a regular synthetic oil change. No extras. Price STATED 80 dollers. For a full oil change.After looking up the truck oil match he tell me it will be 126. Plus taxs. Ok w.e please proceed. after that he proceeded to tell me it will be an extra 19 dollers because they only do so many liters per oil change and if you car needs more then that you have to pay for it.. ok please proceed but I'm annoyed at this point.Not the best experience at all. Couldn't give me a straight answers as to why they do that. Not happy at all. And Not to mention they where late opening the shop up. Budy comes in with his sandles on and no work uniform.Needless to say I will not be comming back here. RIP OFF !!!!

Had a great experience today with Lube city St.Albert location. Had a lot of work done so had to wait a long time but everyone was very kind and always checking in ensuring I’m ok. Was great to see such a good sense of customer care and serviceThank you

Neil and Jason were fantastic! Super friendly and kind…. Full honestly, I’ve been to other places and I feel I get treated differently as a female. I feel they gave me the full service and treated me equally!

Went in for oil change and tire balancing during a quick trip to town. Overall service and experience was great. I went in with a coupon which was honored without grumpiness. I did not feel like they were trying to push any extra products. I stated what I needed and that was that. Price for the balance was half what I was quoted from other lube shops in town and on my return drive home was successful in eliminating my steering wheel shake. Had an enjoyable conversation with multiple employees during the service. This was my third time here an it has been consistent.

Staffs were approachable ,Friendly and helpful , Neil the Manager Explain the details of the Products and their Services .He offers great prices that suits your Budget However Assures the quality of work. Great customer service! Very happy with the result. Will highly Recommend
