Absolutely horrible service, refused to help us in any proper way despite trying to explain our situation. had a white staff member who refused to properly acknowledge let alone conversate properly with my black mother when she tried to explain what was wrong, refused to even check our account to confirm anything we said and just kept telling us no its impossible when weve used said phone for almost 5 years without issue until we upgraded. we watched one staff member sit and chat with her friend the entire time we were there waiting and then proceeded to threaten security when one of us asked this friend of hers to stop glaring at my father while we waited patiently. that is ridiculous and im not sure what is going on there but no one knows anything apparently and we are once again without service on said phone were still forced to pay.

After 14 years with Rogers, I’ve decided to switch to another provider today. Customer service was mediocre at best. Staff busy on their own phones while interacting with customers, or lack of clarity when asked about policies and contracts. Absolute disappointment.

Horrible service. Alex that lady need to improve her way of talking. She was just ignoring and doing everything in hurry. Yelling and saying thats best i have even without knowing what i want. She was just ending with same line.

Worst cellphone store in kildonan place I seriously stood in line for 90 minutes just to get my account number...out if 4 clerks in the store 3 of them were with the same customer for the entire 90 minutes. Instead of getting a brand new plan? I canceled and went across to telus and was in and out in 20 minutes with a brand new phone and a cheap plan.Never will come back.

Josh was amazing, he explained it all to me in terms I could understand, he went out of his way to get what I needed done, and he was so sweet! I've never had such a good experience, thank you Josh!

I would give 10 stars, if possible. Robert, red glasses, really helped me out today. Kept info at my level, devised a plan that totally made sense overall and worked the discounts and add-ons for me. I entered the store with a dead phone and left newly set up with fun accessories and a brand brand new phone. Public safety issues also appreciated. This felt like a safe place to shop.

Just came through to upgrade my plan and Alexandra provided excellent service. She was friendly, funny and I'm sure is a great asset to your team there. Thanks Alexandra

Wish I could give 0 stars, when they had trouble with the smart switch for my hubby's upgrade they just gave him a phone we didn't want and said to come back if we wanted to trade, so we did and they found a tiny imperfection on the back and now refuse to take the phone, going to be doing everything I can to get away from Rogers.

New Store, same fantastic service. 55$ plan if you have Shaw. Logan is top notch, he'll take care of you
