I was referred to this place by a close friendI have had an outstanding stay at this establishment. It begins at the front desk; Andrea and Sharmila they are very welcoming and able to answer many of the questions i have. They check me in and do their utmost best to ensure i am satisfied with my treatmentFor starters; Brandon the PTA (Physiotherapist Assistant), he is a rather insightful, intelligent grounded respectful and professional individual. Upon entry he goes above and beyond for my care. He is attentive, uplifting, and positive. He goes the extra mile in helping me adjust my exercise that fits me. Its almost as if he knows me better than myself when it comes to fitness. Total 10/10 review for this gentlemenVictoria; she is a rather enlightening, caring, professional, intelligent young woman. Her knowledge and attention to detail when it comes to my treatment and her professionalism is rather above and beyond. Victoria has a way with her presence and ability to care for clients. Her demeanor is outstanding, charisma is contagious and her care is top notchFinally, Dr. Shelly, this Dr has been breathtakingly outstanding. From the way of her interaction with me, to the follow up conversations, to being able to advocate for my care. As it stands she is the best Chiropractor i have EVER had. Her hands in the massage of my injured limb has changed the trajectory of my healing. Her ability to break down barriers between a healthcare professional and patient is rather ground breaking. She doesnt only care for my injured area, she cares for me at a personal level. She has gone above and beyond when it comes to my treatment. Her caliber of professionalism, attention to detail, intricate care, personality all are what can help carry this establishment.If your looking for an overall high level/ caliber care then this place and its staff are where its at. I do not have a shred of negativity to say about this place.Keep up the good work folks

Ortho Rehab has an awesome staff. Their physio therapy, massage therapist is very knowledgeable and helpful. We are always recommending them to family and friends. Admin staff are quick to help with appointments and to squeeze us in! Very awesome! Roy Burns!

Excellent place for all Physio treatments. Everyone from the reception to the Physio assistants and the Physio Therapist were so nice, caring and professional. My recovery therapy from a fall induced fracture and associated challenges were well taken care of by my Therapist Ashdeep and team and am so thankful to her and all at Ortho Rehab for the compassion and patience shown during these few months of treatment. I highly recommend Ortho Rehab and Ashdeep for all your Physio therapies.

I am very pleased with the services at Ortho Rehab group, the entire staff are just wonderful and amazing.I have been seeing Sandy who is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging Physiotherapist. I feel safe and confident everytime I come here for my treatment.I highly recommend this clinic to anyone requiring psychotherapy.

Ortho rehab is an amazing clinic with even better staff. The ladies at the front desk - Andrea, Aimee & Sharmila are incredible, they always make you laugh & make you feel so welcome!Everyone on the team from the PT assistants to the doctors are all incredible, they love what they do & even though you arrive there at your worst they move mountains to make you better!I Highly recommend if you have any pain to reach out & go!!!

My physio was caring and attentive. 5 stars for her. The 2 star review is due to the strong chemical smell in the air that left me with a 2-3 day migraine after each of my 3 appts. Ultimately, I had to switch to a different clinic. Staff thought I was nuts because they were used to the scent and apparently no other patients commented. It was a burning plastic chemical scent. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone who is scent-sensitive. For the record, I’ve never experienced this in any other medical clinic in Canada or anywhere else in the world.

I must say I found heaven on earth...the best rehab facility I've ever been too...I had 2 knee surgeries in August 2021 and October 2022 I was sent to the hospital for therapy, I re-injured my knee causing my 2nd surgery, I was so scared to go back to the hospital for therapy...my surgeon recommended Ortho Rehab Group, this was the best recommendation I've ever received, the staff is amazing my therapist Ravneet...honestly she's sent from heaven...along with Victoria Chanell Aimee Sharmila and Andrea very professional kind and caring individuals, the atmosphere when I walk in is awesome, honestly I feel like a celebrity everyone knows me by name and that's a big thing for me. With the treatment I'm receiving my knee is getting better and stronger thanks to everyone at Ortho Rehab Group continue with the excellent service guys.

I have been a client of Ortho Rehab for the last 8 months. I highly recommend this location as the staff are very professional and always go above and beyond in the services they provide. My physiotherapist Merra and support staff Victoria and Chanell have been instrumental in my recovery of regaining my strength due to my extreme joint pain that I have suffered from the last 8 months. They are always positive and encouraging while going through my sessions of physio. Anytime I walk in to this office all the receptionists at the front desk are very accommodating and positive even at times when I suddenly need to change appointments. Everyone involved with this office is very positive and so welcoming. The professional and caring spirit begins the moment you enter the office. The front staff is always cheerful and organized. Dr. Shelley is very proficient in caring for her patients and her sense of humour helps in the healing process. Also, Massage Therapist Ian is personable and his massage skills offer a perfect remedy for those sore aches and tension pains that I have experienced. Even though this place is a little far from my home, it's well worth the drive to receive such professional care.

Ortho Rehab is an outstanding clinic. You are greeted by Andrea, Aimee & Sharmila these incredible ladies at the front desk are welcoming, kind and always willing to help.  For the past eight months my mom has been seen by two physiotherapist Sandeep and Ravneet, they both are amazing, knowledgeable, and professional.  The PTA’s Victoria, Chanell and Salman are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ortho Rehab at North Park Dr. location for any of your physio needs. Thank you for making my moms rehab a positive experience!
