Great customer service though their live chat. They were able to recommend products as if I were in store with them! I had an issue with something (manufacture defect) and they sorted it out very quickly and I'm 100% satisfied :)

An excellent company to deal with, fast customer service. I made an assembly error and thought a part was missing from my printer and they immediately offered me a replacement part for no charge, although they were able to talk me through the mistake I made. later I did have a legitimate issue with an extruder component breaking on my ender and they simply sent me a new one for free even though it was a few weeks out of the mfg warranty, which means they did it at their own cost. I can't say if they are normally that flexible with their store policies but they have been a great company to work with 10/10
