As a newcomer in Saskatoon, it was a bit hard to know about saskatoon commercial real estate and other matters regarding setting up an office for my business. You would think another location besides Regina would be a welcome change, Heads up they are worse, hard to believe but true if you don't want any reply to your email or concerns this is the place to deal with. Your a underdog and they don't have to even acknowledge you or your email.. Wow working from home is tough, but more work is being done. REALLY!!!!!!!!!

I don't know all the staff at ICR but I worked with Faisal Mikhail. I was away from my home for 2 years and rented it out. A neighbour gave me his card and everything turned out great. He handled all the tenant issues and communicated everything to me. I would hire him again if I were to rent out again.
