Great new little hidden gem in a small yet growing in diversity town the store has a variety of items I wasn't able to find locally before. Not only do they sell hair but they do hair also for great prices and amazing work! The staff is super friendly !

I don’t understand why you list hours of operation but never actually follow them. For people who like to pick up their parcels that were delivered it is impossible to because it’s a gamble to know if your doors are going to be closed or open specially when you don’t answer the phones.

Horrible experience with this place. They are often closed in utter defiance of the stated hours of operation. No one answers the phone either. It seems like this place is run by a dude who just opens and closes as he pleases. If you expect a Purolator package, anticipate numerous visits hoping they are open, in conjunction with agitated customer service.

I went in today to get box braids. They had so much selection for hair! And Julia did a FANTASTIC job! Will 100% come back! Lovely store too

I love the variety of products that they have. It’s so great to finally have an African store in Chilliwack! And Julia is fantastic at doing hair, I definitely will be coming back soon.

this place is very convenient for me to get my parcel in town no need to drive I also had a great shopping experience for ethnic foods

I just had a terrible experience, what bothered me the most was that he got a call from his wife and was talking to her while I was there, it is very rude and unprofessional!!I went there to pickup a package that was delivered at my house but I wasn’t there to sign, at first the employee didn’t see my package on the list, I insisted and he asked me to look at my personal phone for the tracking number and check where was the package, the website said that my package was there since the day before. So he finally offered to go inside and look for the package, but he showed a ridiculous laziness to do that and even asked me what size was the package to help him to look for it. He found my package but I ended up not taking it with me because my address on my drive license is my old address so didn’t match with the one on the package. I felt mistreated by him

Already upset with Purolator for delivery issues... but I've been trying to pick up from here and they're never open when they say they are. Can never reach them by phone either. I'd give zero stars if I could
