Culligan of Ottawa

Very disappointed. I purchased a wireless reverse osmosis system from Culligan but have had multiple complaints since then. I would not recommend this product. The system has stopped working many times and still has problems. The technicians are professional and courteous but the product is not right. The prices for filters and UV light increased over 25% no warning or time to buy before the increase. Was told an advantage of Culligan was that only needed to replace filters every 2 years vs. Other brands being more often but that info is not valid.

Had Josh come over yesterday to adjust our settings on our water system after not having power because of the storm for 7 days. He explained and showed us how to set everything. He was so helpful, polite and made sure we understood how the system worked. What a difference compared to the person who installed our system 6 months ago that basically said if we had issues with the system, google it, you will find something. You need more employees like Josh.

We had a soft water tank installed this past month and can only give 5 stars from start to finish.Geoff Kerr, the water treatment specialist, answered every question and provided the information needed to purchase, also providing comparison information. No high pressure sales pitch just professionalism.John V the service tech/Installer was equally as efficient and provided information to run the unit. And protected our home during install.Both gentlemen were very professional.Appointments were timely and accommodating.Would highly recommend.

Mick the sales person was not pushy at all, addressed all my concerns. We came up with a great solution for water treatment at a cost affordable to meJosh the installer was also very professional got my install done quickly and efficiently answered all my questions.Both Josh and Mick deserve a big kudos.I would highly recommend Culigan and their great employees

Pretty brutal customer service tbh. I expected a lot more from Culligan. They came and tested our water, made a few offers on a water softener but would not honour them in anyway. When I complained, I was simply ignored. Don't waste your time.

Mick was thorough and did not try to oversell on the extras we did not need, which is appreciated. John V was very nice, set-up the new system quickly and explained how to operate.

We had a water softener and reverse osmosis installed by Culligan of Ottawa on July 28, 2017. Our experience starting with the sales rep (Mick), the service coordinator (Anne) and, most importantly, our installer (Josh) was excellent all the way through the process.We were in a rush to get our new system installed because our previous softener was broken and our house was only getting supplied with very hard water. Anne was super accommodating and was able to get our install scheduled for the next day even though they were fully booked with other clients. She managed to get an installer to work an extra install at the end of the day.Josh was a great installer. He was super friendly, highly knowledgeable, walked us through every step of the process, tested everything when he was finished and gave us a thorough overview of all of our new systems when everything was completed. His work was clean and everything looked perfect.If the owner of Culligan of Ottawa reads this, the three employees we dealt with are exactly the type of employees you want representing your company. Particularly Josh. I highly recommend Culligan of Ottawa specifically because the customer service we received. The two systems work great as well.

Although the guys in the back were professional and courteous, i found the woman at the front desk to be extremely rude, and nasty. I bough 7 bottles of water, and since I'd never been there before, I placed my order and waited. She looks at me rather hotly and asked, what are you waiting for?". I replied my water

Josh and Evan came to service my water softener which was not functioning well at all. They were fast pleasant, very polite and helpful. They explained how to better monitor the equipment and answered all of our questions. I was really pleased with the service and it was provided at a very reasonable rate. I give Culligan 5 stars
