Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff!! I interacted with Shawna and Kelly and they were both amazing and helped me find everything I needed at a great price!! Great selection of products, I recommend this dispensary for anyone in Kelowna and the Okanagan!

Prices are great and employees are fantastic. However, other dispensaries open earlier which puts you guys at a disadvantage

Shauna and Kelly were absolutely amazing!!! They answered all of my questions really throughly and gave me some great advice. A fantastic experience and my new favourite dispensary in Kelowna!

Started out with a 5 star right down to 1. The customer service is great when you are buying things and spending hundreds, but when you have an issue over a $10 battery they won’t make it right. Let me explain. So I bought a vape battery and took it home and tried to charge it and it was defective. I tried different blocks and usb plugs and all that. I call the store and they say yea you can come back in 24 hours and we will fix you up. So I go back within 24 hours to try to return my battery and they won’t return it. They would only offer me an exchange for the exact same battery or to pay for a more expensive battery, not a different product like I wanted. I even tried to get what I paid for the battery added onto a more expensive product and was told I can’t do that either. I even suggested store credit and I was told they don’t have that. It was basically a fight in the store to try to get my refund even when I was back within the 24 hour period. So good luck if you have any issues with anything, they will not fix you up. I did everything I was supposed to, bought the product and it was defective so I tried to return it within 24 hours and was not helped at all by the employee who was on shift or the manager who she called twice but never let me talk to while I was in the store. I asked for the managers number so I can call her right then and there since I’m in the store and the employee would not give it to me. She wouldn’t call the manager and let me talk to her either, she only would give me the store phone number which isn’t helpful when I’m in the store right now with an issue. So yea like I said, it’s all good when you spend money there and the customer service is great, but if you experience any issues with products they won’t help you.

Amazing Service. Everyone here knows so much about different products and take lots of time and effort to help you out. No more staffing issues and great displays everywhere in the store! So useful for UBCO students and very close!
