Unrealistic customer loyalty plan for this month.Very clean store with tons of stock. Nice dressing rooms and friendly staff. Small store but filled with inventory. Cool place for scrubs.

The only reason it isn't 5 starts is because it is costly. But the service was great and the selection was fantastic.

Felt so uncomfortable and rushed. Made me feel guilty for trying on a bigger size when the smaller one didn’t fit. And was very rude about it. I understand they have to be quarantined after but I want to make sure it fits since it’s not exchangeable. I know places are struggling but it’s not your customers fault. Was going to buy two pairs of scrubs and quickly changed my mind on the spot. Went to marks instead, much better staff and I’d rather spend my money there

I ordered a new stethoscope online, the new one showed up very quickly and was in perfect shape, Andrew even added a pen ! I’m very happy with my purchase and will use them again!

I have been shopping at this store previously and felt overwhelmed by the service. The new owner John is amazing and gave me space to do my shopping and afterwards answered all my questions and even pulled up different styles and colours online for me. Thank you John for the great customer service. I was apprehensive about coming back, I’m glad I did and I will be back soon.

Expensive - I've done a couple of online orders through them. The last one I ordered some cuffed scrub pants. I measured my inseam and decided to go with the petite size so they wouldn't be too long. Well the owner emailed me and talked me into getting the regular length pants. Well they arrived and guess what they are too long! I needed the pants so I don't want to go through the hassle of exchanging them. Well I sent them an email explaining that they were too long etc. I didn't even get a response! Not even a sorry nothing! Horrible customer service - I will be shopping elsewhere for scrubs form now own.
