Absolute worst shipping experience of my career. Took a week to travel 200km. Look for alternatives.

I am not a customer, but on may 21st approximately 1:45 pm observed a Manitoulin truck on highway 16 stopped in the turning lane at the Dalmeny turn off completely blocking the turning lane forcing people to turn out of the main driving lane where others are driving at speeds of 110 km and higher. Why a professional driver would ever stop on the highway in a driving lane is beyond me and brings into question the competence of any driver doing this. I would have called the police, but the likelihood of them getting there before the driver left was unlikely. This kind of dangerous practice is unacceptable and there should be consequences to the driver. I have seen this happen at this at this intersection before. It seems like these drivers are intentionally creating a hazard where people are turning on a high speed road.Completely unacceptable. I would never support a company that has so little regard for public safety

Tried to get a large shipment of geo textile shipped 2 hrs to my construction site. At this point it is 2 days late and still not on site. The entire job is shut down waiting for our supplies. It took just about 2 days for anyone in management to care enough to track down our shipment. To find it was shipped to a completely wrong city 6 hrs away. Not even the Vice President cared or had enough pull to streamline getting our supplies to site. It had bin and unbelievable experience full of nothing but excuses. Besides the astronomical rates.

Picked up a truck load sized shipment without any issues. The paperwork was fast, the forklift operator was highly skilled and smoothly loaded my truck. Satisfied customer.

Was able to do a once-off terminal-to-terminal shipment for a reasonable price. Super quick delivery. Staff were friendly and helped me with the process (not having done any shipping with freight companies before). Would certainly use again if the need arose.

Company waiting time is too much and the staff didnt hears the driver and remain busy in thier own work. And i never come agin.
