The single best service Ontario experience I’ve ever had. We booked an appointment, came 5 minutes early, were seen right away, and were done 2 license changeovers, a vehicle registration change, and 2 healthcard updates in 15 minutes. You do have to pay for parking with cash or card, and it’s $2 per hour!

Booked an appointment the day before for 11:25a.m to renew my health card. I was a minute late.They completed everything in record timing and I was inside my car at 11:33a.m heading home.Probably the smoothest service Ontario visit I have ever had.Cheers!

Had fantastic and quick service today. I honestly went in 10mins before they closed assuming I would just be sent away, but I was greeted by friendly staff, was in and out for both health card and photocard renewal in 8mins.

TL;DR - Make an appointment to avoid disappointment. Exceptionally fast service (Tuesday at 12 noon). Fast, friendly and efficient staff.Obviously your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking to get done at this office, but for me, this was probably the best experience I've ever had at a Service Ontario.Make an appointment to avoid headaches. I have no idea if they do walk-ins as some other posters have claimed, but don't even bother risking it. I waltzed in the door at my assigned time and waltzed out in 7 minutes. That includes the time it took for me to walk from my car and back. Got my driver's license, stickers, and health card done in literally a few minutes.Also a word about the staff. Y'all are super friendly and really efficient. I've never experienced that at a government office before.I have never been so impressed.Covid restrictions undoubtedly have something to do with this, but man keep the appointment system and forget about those never ending lines. This is the way to go.

Today i visit this place to apply my whole family's, health card . Service was very fast and our work done by a staff member named as Brandy she is very polite and knowledgeable.
