I do our ordering for both of our clinics in Calgary and have received the best customer service from all Canada Medical staff specifically Newman. He is very attentive and is always making sure we are purchasing the right products for our clinics. I had the pleasure of meeting with Gerry Volponi yesterday. It was lovely to finally meet her in person and have her here at the clinic. Not only did she answer all my questions but she was able to recommend products that are better suited for our clinic and how we operate. Gerry is very kind and patient she's always there to help me and find what works best for us so we can run smooth and meet the needs of our patients. Because of that I go to Canada Medical for the majority of the items we have in stock. I'm so happy I got to see her beautiful smile and I hope she comes back to visit soon.

It has been everything wonderful with this company. The team is very strong, always willing to help, and they even know you by name. Of particular mention is Newman who is such an exceptional Rep - always going over and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. We have been using Canada Medical for a few months now after using other distributors and feeling disappointed. Canada Medical, and our representative Gerry V specifically, have never disappointed me. I can call and they help me place the order with ease, care, and do so in a timely manner. Due to the pandemic, many items have been hard to source, but Gerry always does her best to get me other options or specifically what my clinic needs as soon as possible. Leave other distrubutors NOW, and make the switch to Canada Medical!

I have been using Canada Medical for 6+ years. The prices are very competitive, the order desk is very helpful and they know their stuff. Newman Conti, our Account Manager has added to that great customer service. He visits regularly and is always pleasant and helpful. I have been using Canada Medical for the last 6 years at the links clinic and they go above and beyond my expectations all the time! Shawna is always there when I need her and an amazing rep!! Whenever I call in the girls are always so friendly and answer my questions quickly and accurately. Even when I make a mistake on an order they are so easy to deal with returns. When we had a new Clinic manager I had the task of looking into other distributors. By far Canada medical was the best in price knowledge expertise and customer service. So happy to be working with them again at my new Clinic!

I have been working closely with Gerry V. over at Canada Medical (she is the rep for our clinic) and I cannot rave enough about her; talk about customer service!!! Anything I need is always a quick e-mail or phone call away; I usually have an answer within 5-10 mins, and when/if I don't, I am constantly kept up-to-date on the status of inquiry.
