Went in the other day and the lady didn’t even greet me. She had her AirPods on and was on the phone as she made my sandwich. I had to repeat myself multiple times because she clearly wasn’t paying attention. I’m not one to leave a bad review but I was very disappointed. On the bright side - food was good and fresh and the restaurant was very clean.

Went in about noon on 20 Jul, no one was there at the order counters. I could hear voices of people chatting about something to do with their families. Smelled a bit funny. Didn’t like the vibe. Just walked out. Would’ve loved to try the plant based options because they looked great. Posting this review so someone can fix this. Hope it helps.Edit: Before posting the review I went to the website so I could try to contact someone but couldn’t find any contact us facility there so posted the review.

Friendly staff fast service. Fresh bread. And very accommodating to special requests. For special needs CHRILDREN. Got a tuna sub for my autistic daughter done the way she likes it.

Came in to order for my girls.The place was very clean. They still have tables in front of the counter to keep customers away from the counter so little difficult to see the toppings.Lady that was making the subs was very friendly.Tables are closed so still no indoor seating allowed.Topping and bread were very fresh and fully stocked. Both subs were great and girls love them.Will return again in future.Recommend

I signed up on the app which came with a free drink and chips I put it through the app so it would be there ready when I arrived to order my sub. Upon entry I was made fun of for doing so by 3 employees they verbally talked about it right infront of me. I waited to order my sub as they all went into the back and ignored me. Finally, one of the ladies came out and took my order, the entire time speaking in another language to her colleague clearly about me and how many toppings I was asking for. I have never felt so disrespected at an establishment that I am spending MY money at. That was my last time going to mr sub. Subway it is for now on.

I've always loved this location and I always preferred Mr. Sub over Subway but this location is going downhill. The owner was always so nice and made the subs perfect. Ordered subs for my family today and I was pretty taken back. Why are they giving paper thin tomato slices and cut in half?! I didn't notice while they were making it to ask for more but honestly?! Its not like the subs are cheap to begin with. Had to add extra tomato at home.This is pathetic. This is poor practice. Don't think I will be coming here again.

Worst experience I have ever had at a food place!!! The lady had headphones in the whole time, was agressive and throwing my sub around. And refused to warm up my sub! She said “they don’t have a warmer.” Never coming back and recommend going to one of the many other sub places around!! Hopefully someone does something and gets rid of this unpleasant experience maker

Ordered 3 subs 1 meatball, 1 steak and 1 assorted. The assorted only had 2 different meats, it usually has 3 the people there didn’t tell me there was a reason just didn’t give me the proper sub, didn’t notice till I got home. Not really pleased with this!
