Terrible customer service. Driver made appt. to come in on a certain date, at a specific time, and the appt. was not honored. The truck was NOT serviced. The management staff are RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL. Service manager Mark said he didn't care about completing the service, and told us to take our business elsewhere. and then hung up. this not the way you treat a customer when you buy a $240.000k truck roll off. this not the first time this happen. i have 5 other trucks and never never experience this rude ignorant manager.

I worked there from September 2016 to November 2017 as service advisor on the evening shift and with my 20+ years of experience as shop controller/service advisor, that specific location of Kenworth Truck Centre was magic !!! I was surrounded by the best team i never had in my whole life.Chris Buijis my foreman, Andre D'amour and Mitch Follett.... all awesome techs, John Raynsford the part advisor covering the back gate and the service side & Gord Woods the foreman for Paclease and The lil Will in the quick lube. I went to Humberview Truck in Etobicoke ON, to Hino /Empress rental in Lasalle Qc , 2 Peterbilt location (Excellence Peterbilt) at Laval Qc & Sainte-Julie Qc, One Ryder location at Saint-Laurent Qc. & finally i'm currently at Cummins Pointe-Claire Qc. and let me tell you this, nothing can beat the team i had at KTC Concord on the afternoon shift.The knowledges of Chris Buijis & Gord Woods alone was completely incredible. Gord & Chris was the mentors of Mitch, Andre, Terry & Will. And about John Raynsford at the parts , this person was in the trucking industry for at least 25+ yrs and counting. The amount of re-work was so low and the jobs was well done at the first visit, because of that my job was very easy to do behind the counter. Scott Calder the dayshift service advisor and Ernesto Rodriquez the Paclease manager was awesome to deal with. The chemistry was there big time....Unfortunately a little disagreement between me and the service manager of this era Rick Gamble has forced me to quit for my integrity. Nothing major but enough than i took the decision to left, but overall I highly recommend Kenworth Truck Centre Concord On. for any issue with your truck (OEM, Paccar, Cummins, Meritor etc,,,) , the team they have over there is awesome and you will be in good hands.I honestly miss all of you guys !!!

I called in for simple bolt and nuts, they told me come to the Parts Department. When I got to the Part Department, young lady didn't want to look at the system. She told me we don't have it. Very unprofessional customer service. She told me go next door and if they don't have it, check other places!!! this is the Paccar parts. It is very simple, just bolt, unbelievable.

If it comes to warranty they're horrible specially for service your vehicles and you have to spend more for same issue that they charge the wrong part worth thousands

The dedicated quick lube Bay is anything but quick. I showed up at 10::00. 1 truck ahead of me just went into the shop. That truck came out and my truck went in at 2:00. My truck was finished and came out at 4:45. Quality of work seems fine. Oil was full, filters were installed, no unexpected charges on the bill. Unfortunately they don't generally work on trailers, so I have to take my trailer elsewhere for a grease job. Luckily with extended service intervals, I have 50k kms to find a new oil and lube place to try next time.

If you have in mind buying a heavy-duty truck and being your own oprator and working in the transportation industry , it's first place to get the right information , specifically when you want to specifically dising the truck for road and condition ,like you want to pulls heavy load on hills and mountain ask Mark Dunlop , he will help you and give right technical information to choose your truck.

Truck been here for 2 weeks ,Picked up 3 times said it was fixed, as soon as I drove off within 10 min same problems came back on, had to return and every time take an Uber.At $4000 repair for the third time i am back again with hood latch was left open and pressure side pipe was loose left.They are not real mechanics here. Dont waste your time and money.
