Rolando and his team did an amazing job removing popcorn from a sloped cathedral ceiling in between wood beams. Highly professional, superb quality and exemplary service. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any job, but if you need to have a popcorn ceiling removed, he and his team are the people to call as they have the equipment (a ceiling sander) and the skills to get the job done quickly and superbly.

It was a pleasure working with Rolando and his team. I hired Legacy Contracting to paint over very dark walls, and to cover up at least 50 to 100 drywall holes (I removed all the closet systems in my home). Let me tell you - I was blown away by the attention to detail. Honestly the best painters I’ve hired in the last few years. They treated this project as if they were painting their own home. The pictures speak for themselves. Look at how clean the transitions are between my feature wall and the regular wall and my ceiling. Look at how clean the transition is to the door trim. Look at how clean the walls are in my closet. This team is so down to earth, very warm and friendly. They take pride in the quality of their work - something I’ve found harder and harder to find these days.

Rolando and team did an amazing job painting the interior of our condo! They were also able to do some carpentry for us to fix our doors so they would close properly. They were friendly and responsive to our requests and our last minute paint change request. There was one minor issue of some small spots on a wall but they fixed the issue immediately. Definitely recommend Legacy’s services to others and will be a future customer of theirs!

Wow wow wow! Rolando and his team did a killer job. The paint job is flawless. Rolando made sure to keep me up to date each day to let me know what the plan was for the next day. The team also worked on my basement first to accomidate me and slowly transition my animals and I into the basement safely so they can continue their work. This whole process was stress free.
