I was a fan of the place. until the pizza started to become under cooked when I always asked for well done. It started tasting like flour. Back to Pizza Hut.

I just bought a pepperoni pizza at this location. It was $7.9 with tax. The server had very bad attitude. When I paid for the pizza, I took out one 5 dollar bill and two toonies, because I didn’t have one dollar coin. I told her “here is 9 dollars”. She didn’t say anything. That meant, she agreed it was $9 dollars. Otherwise she should have reminded me it was 8 dollars. But when she gave me the change, it was just 10 cents. I said I gave you $9 dollars, she said no, you gave me $8 dollars. And she didn’t open the cash drawer to prove it. Who can’t distinguish a loonie and a toonie? I said whatever and left. I guess she just wanted a tip? It is not the matter of money, it is the matter of service or maybe the cheating. I suggest the owner should check the surveillance if she took the dollar to her own pocket and if she always does so!

Horrible experience. Stopped in Windsor during road trip and decided to order a quick pizza to our hotel room. Ordered via Little Caesar’s App. Little Caesar’s outsourced their delivery via DoorDash, delivery showed up with part of the order missing, I asked delivery guy about it and he said he didn’t care and I should call the store (not his problem) I called the store and they said I could come pick it up or call DoorDash customer support. Baffled. Little Caesar’s outsourced the delivery, I purposely decided to have it delivered from Little Caesar’s and they could care less about part of my order missing!! Never ever ordering from this location again.

Good pizza if your looking for a quick pizza don't expect anything else because again it is considered fast food so is not going to be comparable to an actual pizza parlor IE Armando's Capri so on.... usually have cheese and pepperoni ready to go sometimes you can tell they have been sitting for along while. But with low expectations and considering it is a fast food pizza place it's honestly not that bad crazy bread can sometimes be very greasy but if you're lucky and it's not it's okay wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a decent Pizza even though Windsor is one of the best places to get that good luck in your pizza Adventure
