Absolutely shocking how many times they could screw up a loan application, how many times the person handling the file changed and how many times they cancelled appointments at the last minute. Nearly impossible to work with.

Please re-open the atm, it does not make sense to have the atm closed when the branch is closed... what is the point of an atm.
