Poor customer support- slow to get back with concerns (I've been trying to resolve a subscription issue through Apple, and have been waiting 4 days without a response from their support group). Online agents are not helpful at all- there are no live agents. Would recommend another billing agent to avoid missed billings.

They are very knowledgeable in their field, helping us increase our clinic's revenue. They made the onboarding process very easy for us to setup our MCEDT account. Overall, very easy to setup, responsive to all questions, and most importantly, they helped us increase our clinic's revenue.

As with most systems, it usually works. When it doesn’t, they do not care, and are unapologetic, hard to access and unhelpful, even when it comes at extraordinary costs to their customers.

For years I had billing agents doing my billing, it was a question of not finding the time to do it myself, it was also expensive. Sheepishly, I looked for new software, I asked colleagues and friends, I reviewed the OMA recommendations and I searched social media and the web. Started with MDBilling few months ago and, in my opinion, the software is superb. I taught myself, wrote in only twice, once at the beginning and once recently, Zendesk gave me a ticket and MDBilling staff responded immediately and satisfactorily. Since starting, the upgrade My Patients List" saves me a ton of time. Their App on my phone was super helpful when I was away. Their software is cloud based and I can access it from anywhere. EH2 codes can be corrected easily and immediately

This is an ideal service for a small practice Remarkably economical.

Of the three billing companies I've used, this one is by far my least favorite. While it is relatively easy to set up, it lacked service and personal attention that usually comes with a full service 2-2.5% fee. They do not follow up on non-OHIP claims and are quite slow in processing claims. They are not able to expedite higher priority billings. They moved me around to two different billing agents without informing me and both vastly differed in quality. When I called to enquire about an urgent matter, it took over 2 weeks to get a response, and this was after I wrote several emails. The owner was very rude to me when I complained about this. In our interactions, he implied he could talk to the CMPA/CPSO about our interactions if I got upset or complained about the service I paid to receive. I found this insinuation extremely inappropriate. I switched 6 months ago and my take home billing has gone up over 10% despite the Ontario clawback. Stay away.

Was great before but new updates make it unbeatable - has cut my billing time in half and much less of a pain. Big fan!

Seamless process. Everybody is helpful and responds to email fast.

You get what you pay for. Cheap but garbage product.
