This is the second year that Brandon has come and serviced our place — and we’re very pleased with everything! He’s very professional and courteous in answering all the questions we had about the services and provided us with multiple options. He was also very flexible as he worked around our schedules and weather delays. Brandon is very professional, polite, and prompt to get the job done with high quality. Brandon cleaned the gutter, installed the missing strainers, added the downspout extension and performed cleaning service for the roof. I am very pleased that he has done the job thoroughly and sent pictures to me afterwards. He is attentive to details and easy to communicate from start to finish. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone in need.

Brandon was very professional on his presentation and very thorough on the work he performed. He replaced and installed new gutter strainers and inspected the gutter for issues. He thoroughly inspected the gutters before cleaning. When he discovered the gutters were not that dirty, he discounted his fee to reflect the less service required. Brandon only recommended downspout guards when he deemed necessary due to evidence of buildup and the gutter proximity to pine needles and leaves from the trees nearby. Brandon is very good on what he does and I would highly recommend his service.

Brandon is professional, helpful and honest. He took before and after pictures of our gutters. One of the downspouts was disconnected and it was on the backside, he went out of his way to put it back together without charging us extra. We wouldn't recommend anyone other than Brandon.

Brandon did a fine job of cleaning the gutters and repairing some corner leaks. He is polite, personable and efficient and I would hire him again for any of the service jobs he offers. Our hose connections have quick connects and these were disassembled because Brandon was not ready with his own quick connect hoses. Ours were not returned to their original configurations. A small point. Otherwise a great job! I am now, revising my review down to 3 stars. One of the gutter repairs leaked and Simply Property has not honoured the guarantee.

Brandon was great and I would definitely recommend his services. Brandon was quick but thorough and helpful in his recommendations of improvements to my gutter and roof protection, but never pushy. Communication wise, Brandon was quick to respond as well.

Simply Property cleared the gutters on our house and garage. Brandon took my call, made arrangements to come, arriving promptly at the prearranged date and time. Brandon is a pleasant fellow with a professional attitude and he completed the job quickly and invited me to check that he'd cleaned up around the property to our liking - he had. He also replaced four soffit bulbs high up on our house for a small additional charge and it was great to get that done, at last! I have no problem recommending Simply Property to anyone.
