They provide aboustely a terrible Service, being a small Business and relying on their services is very challenging for us. We have our phone and internet Service unfortunately with them. There are times during the day that our phone Service is completely down not knowing and I am being notified by the customers about. My front desk employees became like tech support gurus power cycling the phone ....internet modem etc. They are very irresponsible even after reporting a issue to them. I will certainly 200% not recommend them for phone and internet Service

Do not provide the speeds advertised. Disconnected multiple times per day. Claim its weather related when it's clearly not. Do not recommend, they claim 50mbps but provide under 5mbps at peak times.

Cancelled our fully paid years long service unexpectedly with no alternative available and were incredibly rude in the process. They decided to stop offering service in our area, so merely pulled out and demanded equipment back that wasn't theirs. Rude and inconsiderate are the best description I can offer their service. My real comments/considerations shouldn't be printed in a public space so I'll leave it at this. Avoid them..
