Bought my new car here great service☺

Horrible salesman. As soon as we walked in he was almost chasing us around the showroom. Then we told him I just bought a jeep and I live in Manitoba and we were looking for my mom who lives here in town. We had some questions about hybrids and three times he just kept telling us to go look somewhere else. He was very rude and arrogant. So I told him fine we will go buy our jeep elsewhere. So belligérant towards my elderly mother. You should be ashamed to work in public. Too bad for you because mom wants a jeep. Very ignorant.

Bought a used Grand Cherokee . Amazing great car ! Very welcoming salesmen ( Maxime) . Transaction was flawless and vehicle was ready in no time and was given a set of winter tires on them . Had an issue with my brakes , the issue was dealt with immediately and resolved within a day from my phone call . Customer service A++ , that's how every dealership should operate. Thanks to Maxime and his great service . Highly recommended !

This Durango is my 3rd purchase directly from a Dodge dealership. My first two purchases at other dealerships were very far from spectacular. I was hoping that this time around would be a much improved experience. Since my purchase I have not heard one word from my sales rep or the dealership. Sales reps now a days are far from the ones that were around when my father bought vehicles. My experience prior to the sale felt rushed as the sales rep had mentioned that there was another buyer. Was also made to be felt that his time was being wasted, but I as all other buyers want the best purchase for their hard earned dollar. There were a few particular requested that I had prior to delivery. First request was to have the front driver side bumper misalignment be adjusted. This was never done. Please see the picture. Second request was to have the vehicle be fully detailed to have the scratches buffed out. This was not done due to a mistake in their scheduling of multiple vehicle deliveries. Third request was to have the vehicle tinted with legal tint in the front and limo tint in the rear. The front windows were not done but the rear was. I had to pay out of pocket to have the front done. I had chosen this dealership based on the google reviews. Based on the reviews I read I hoped that my experience would have been better than my last two purchases. So my truth. Yes better than my first two experiences at other Dodge dealerships which you can read my reviews. My 2 star review is based on pressure to sign, sales reps yes yes yes to demands to finalize a sale and yet still to be seen completed. Get everything written down.Other defaults I mentioned to the sales rep but had no action done were the middle row LED on the passenger side being burnt out also the left ceiling vent missing a fin. I will post images once I get a chance.

Worst dealer! Made me come twice for a car they DID NOT have in stock! They lied to me on the phone saying that the car I wanted was not in stock when it was available at the Brossard branch. Don’t come here if you want good service!

Bought a second hand Civic Hatchback and couldn't have done it without the help of the awesome people at Girard Automobile.Ask for Max! He does his best to get you the car you need and is honest and very kind. A1 Salesman.Also, very big thanks to Karine in the financing department. Very nice/Kind person and will take good care of you.All in all, fantastic people and highly recommend!!

My Boyfriend bought a Subaru WRX. We got a great customer service. They were all very welcoming & friendly. Maxime was very professional, honest and accommodating. We were very happy with the service.

In our car buying experience spanning over so many years and cars, Girard Chrysler experience stands out. Right from chat, to telephone interaction and then personal deal at the dealership, Sylvain acted thoroughly ethically and professionally. The fact the I and my wife went all the way from Guelph Ontario to Montreal to buy this used vehicle and are completely satisfied about this decision speaks a lot about the sales person and the dealership. Sylvain's colleagues Matt and Emile and the whole dealership team dealt with us as respected guests and the team went overboard to make us feel home and take back home a great vehicle at a great deal.
