Our experience with Shelley has been truly incredible. Shelley was so understanding, gracious and kind. We entrusted her with one of our most important decisions, and she is completely trustworthy. She loves her dogs, and their babies. Getting a puppy from Wagging Heart Kennels in January 2017 and I couldn't be more excited! Went and visited the kennels this month and they were immaculate, and spacious.Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy, happy, well tempered Goldendoodle puppy.SEPTEMBER 2018 EDIT: I am now the proud momma of TWO fur babies from Wagging Heart Kennels! Anyone else have puppies from Kayla & Tugs born on April 27th, 2021?We had our little guy checked right after we brought him home and he was diagnosed with a parasite that is transmissible to humans. Our vet said that based on the timing it is extremely likely it came from the kennel. If you have a pup from this litter or another recent litter, we recommend you go have them checked ASAP.I have reached out to Shelley several times with questions about my pups parents and to ask her to pass on thie information about the infection to anyone that has a puppy from a recent litter, but she is not responding to my emails.If you are looking to get a puppy from this kennel, I would HIGHLY recommend you do extreme due diligence on the breeder. I am happy to share my experience. I wish I could say I feel that the priority of this breeder is the wellness of the puppies and the satisfaction of the the paw-rents. Have to love it, we took our furry friend to her forever loving home. John and Shelley were excellent to deal with. Customer service was top notch. If you are interested in Goldendoodles, the you need to see John and Shelley.

Good breeder. We got a beautiful puppy from here. They used to train their own puppies. They now outsource to a trainer in Innisfil. Their 3 month training program over promises and under delivers. After 3 months of Erika's training our dog was not crate trained, partially potty trained, he only responded to food lures and he could not leash walk. Get your dog from here but find a reputable professional trainer that will address your concerns. We had to hire another trainer after having paid for the 3 months of training. The breeder just sided with her trainer and wanted nothing to do with our complaints. Shelley insisted her trainer did a good job even though she sent our puppy off to training at 10 weeks and never saw him again. Did she really think her trainer was going to tell her that the puppy was only partially trained and that she didn't do the job she paid her to do? Great dog but the training is overpriced and not worth the money we paid.

We had an amazing experience getting our first dog. Shelley prepared us with information which made the transition for our puppy to his new home very easy. We were able to ask questions about food, vitamins, training ect. We love our goldendoodle.

We just adopted Zoey from Shelley and John. What a beautiful and clean facility they have. Zoey is a retired goldendoodle and we couldn't be happier with her. Zoey was bathed and clipped before we brought her home. John and Shelley answered all our questions and were very informative about their dogs. Would highly recommend Wagging Heart Kennels for either a puppy(they were all gorgeous) or a retiring dog.

Shelley was very helpful and professional. A true expert in golden doodles. We picked up our mini golden doodle and were impressed with the facility. It was clean, organized with plenty of lush green grass for puppies and dogs to play. We are very happy with our puppy. He is absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful temperament- a testament to their commitment to breeding happy and healthy dogs. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with our experience and our puppy :) we got Teddy 2.5 years ago and he is the absolute best dog.

We adopted a two year old beautiful pup! PERFECTLY trained in every way! But, what was not disclosed to us was that he was 20+ lbs over-weight with a mouthful of gingivitis and terrified of men. These problems are manageable, but the gingivitis was almost another $1000 to treat. Be careful, as I feel Shelly is not 100% up front with her customers!
