SAVE YOUR MONEY AND WAIT UNTIL THE LOVE SHOP IS OPEN IN THE MORNING i spent over $400 (sent through e-transfer so I can’t even get my money back) here to never end up getting what I ordered. I texted the phone number that initially messaged me from the company, letting them know my order wasn't there after I had looked all over and asked security if they had seen someone bring in a package, and they hadn't. At first, the company sounded professional and helpful that they would contact the man who delivered my package, as I had informed them that on the app, I could see he kept driving around and wasn't at the right place. They told me that the delivery guy said he was instructed to leave it by the kiosk, and that's what he did, and to let them know if I don't find it. I have texted them multiple times, seeing it's delivered with no response, which I find shady since they told me to let them know if I don't find it. So please everyone it's not worth it. I have no idea what kiosk the guy delivered it to he was not instructed to leave it at a kiosk and he was not where my delivery instructed stated I have filed a police report and contacted the apartment building, as there are cameras.

Tonight I had the pleasure of dealing with their great staff. Tech guy, Brian, helped me trouble shoot issues with site and to avoid further tech difficulties he processed my order himself. Delivery guy Alex provided me with updated eta, was very professional and arrived on time. Excellent overall experience, @ just after midnights. Highly recommend

Today was my 3rd time buying from them. They are more professional, friendly and provides one of the best customer service experience ever. Trust me you cant find that in big companies or stores these days. They are genuine, punctual & reliable. Their prices are pretty reasonable. They do delivery & pick up. All the products i purchased from them are 100% best in quality. I dont want to mention names but both make & female employees are amazing. I will always come back for more. Great customer service and really fast delivery. They make sure that the delivery is as easy as possible from sending a tracking link so you can see where the car is. I will definitely be using them before.

When a package I ordered from another website didn't show up, I panicked and thought my night was ruined. I found Heat of the Moment express in a last minute panic and thought it was too good to be true - they had the obscure thing I was looking for and would deliver it in an hour at 11 o clock at night? No way...... And that's exactly what they did. Customer service was amazing, my package arrived pretty much right away and my night was saved. I will 1000% recommend this place to everyone I know, and I'm so glad I now have this company in my back pocket.(They even included free batteries for me! I can't say enough good things about their service.)
