a week agoWSIB put me through hell make my injuries twice as worst then rob me of my benefit just because of the colour of my skin. Sandra Di Carlo the case manager took me out from a physio therapy that was helping me with my recovery and send me to they Doctor and physio therapy that make my injures twice as worst permanently.Deb Remekie, The lady at WSIB that rob me of my benefit, she said that I can sell jewelry, so she decide to rob me of my benefit. And its not a joke she said it verbally and in black and white. And believed it or not the APPEALS TRIBUNAL agreed with her without a doubt or any question Atal. The Tribunal did not look at my file, apparently they don't care to look at my file.

This organization needs to burn down people need to ask there employers to stop paying these people they don't do anything when it comes to the employee who was injured, I've been dealing with this since 2017 they've denied me medications that were prescribed by my pain specialist along with medical devices l do have proof of it all and the fact I called my caseworker leaving voice-mail for weeks straight twice a a day and they turned around and called the Toronto police and banned me from calling them. This organization is getting sued be me and my mother boyfriend who's a judge who will be my legal representation he won't bill me but will bill the wsib thousands for it for his hours and services can't wait to see there faces when he hands them a 20 million dollar lawsuit for there neglectful acts and kinda want to see there faces when I sue the caseworker directly with the wsib and the security team they have will all be separate lawsuits this will be good to get some closure.

I had a critical back injury, that made me think I will never be able to play sports, workout, or play hockey with my son.I want to give a special Thanks to WSIB for helping me make a full recovery. If it wasn't for WSIB I don't know where Id be with my injury; with WSIB guidance and support, I was able to make a full recovery.I want to give a special thanks to my case mangers, and return to work specialist; and overall I want to thank the whole of WSIB for caring about my health and getting me back to work healthy and Safe!Thank you WSIB,From Joseph Tubbs

I feel like common sense eludes some of the employees there or maybe it's from the tone at the top.As an employer, I was requested to send information. I did. Then no one read it and asked the same questions in the information I sent.I have been frustratingly dealing with an individual who makes my blood boil and I rarely get angry!

Had an injury at work and have been off for three months. Due to the nature of my job I was not able to get modified work duties my case manager checked in on me regularly made sure I was taken care of.Now I’m back on my feet very relieved that we have this organization!! I was very stressed when I was first injured but my experience was very positiveThank you!

This company is THE WORST ever!! They have declined all of my claims and it like they don't believe you got injured even after submitting VALID documents from doctors, therapists etc.I cant believe a company like this even exists your honestly better of booking sick if you get injured and I'd truly hate to know what happens if one suffered a severe Injury.. they would probably think it was just a paper cut!!If you dont have to go through WSIB DONT!!!

One of the worst organizations that exists in Canada. Here to help & protect workers" is the biggest lie I've ever been told. As both a WSIB applicant and a Physiotherapist who always works with WSIB they are absolute scums."

Unsurprisingly I am here to give this, joke of a government organization a bad review. Make sure you get a lawyer, then make them pay for the lawyer. This place has sooo many employees that they need all the money they get to help people just to pay their nepotism based staff. I'm not sure a single person actually knows how to help. I think they're all taught how to deflect and retain the money. Not sure why we have to pay the sins of the groups from decades before who you just gave money too because they asked for it. Do better, your worse then service ontario, that's saying something.

The photo attached (please click photo for full view) is of a large, heavy, solid segment of fresh tree trunk that fell from a height and hit the middle of the arch of my right foot (the part that was not protected by my steel toes). The leather of my boot protected me from broken bones, but when I saw my workplace nurse I had contusions, swelling and could not move my toes.Later in the week I made an appointment with my doctor because I no longer had an arch. I was referred by my MD to a footcare and orthodics specialist. They took a 3D scan of my feet. The scan showed that my injured arch still had swelling in it a month after my injury. The specialist took a video of me walking and found my injured foot was now folding in. I live daily with dull pain in that arch.WSIB denied treatment. The WSIB nurse told the footcare specialist that they wouldn't provide possible arch-saving treatment for what they considered to be just a bump".Please view the attached photo and you will see how broken our society is.We really need a Peaceful Revolution. Everyone says it's the 1% who are keeping us down. It's actually the 99% of us who passively allow society to leave the majority of us struggling to attain basic needs."
