Updated Review:Since this review is based on my most recent visit, the rating reflects only on this experience.My last visit here, with my two sisters who live out of town, was very disappointing. Two of our three coffee cups were dirty, and the food was not as good as I remembered it being, when I was a regular customer here, prior to the Covid 19 pandemic.Pros: Seated quickly at a table.When requesting something, it was brought to us in reasonable time.Parking is not an issue.Cons: Person who seated us, did not listen to our response when asked if we wanted coffee.Server went past our table numerous times before even inquiring if we were ready to order.We needed to ask, again, for an item included in the initial order.Extra Cons:Lack of hearing, or listening, to the customer request on the phone.As expressed by the owner to do, I told the person my call was to do with my review on Google and contacting the owner as they requested.The person who answered the phone kept trying to hand my call off to the duty supervisor. I told the person I would just call back when the owner was available.However, the person was insistent that I speak with the shift supervisor. Since I was not able to speak with the owner, I disconnected the call.I have not attempted to have contact with the owner since that experience. Nor have I attended the restaurant, again.

Great customer service and good food. Food presentation was nice and the food was great. Definitely recommend to others.

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and got a chicken Caesar wrap and when I had the order corrected I was not impressed it was just lettuce some croutons and NO CHICKEN!! I had to add to it. All this for the low price of 20 dollars

Poor customer service. My husband called me to complain about it. He said the waitress voided the table to refill his boss and his drinks. No friendly service. Service like this doesn't deserve a tip. First time for him getting bad service there. When you get treated like that, it stops you from going back.

Waitress wasn’t thee best. Had to ask for Jake 3 times. My friend had to ask for an extra plate to share her pancakes with me. Plate arrived at the end of our meal.Coffee container had just enough coffee for 2 cups.Picture is my meal, wasn’t too excited about it. It’s the western skillet. I should’ve asked for mushrooms lolI do like this place, I’ll keep going. Just won’t order this again. I always order the omelette.A lot of seating, clean, meal is hot, friendly staff

Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
I love breakfast food and Smitty's has some classic food. Service is fast and friendly and everyone loves a carafe of coffee on the table so I can keep up with my caffeine needs. The only problem I have with this place is the lounge and the location combine to have some rougher clientele (at least coming from the lounge) the heater in the day you go.

The mini doughnuts were awesome. They reminded me of the fair doughnuts. The staff was very nice and attentive. The atmosphere was comfortable, but booths were tight for a larger person.

The prices are way too expensive for what you get. The lady beside us didn’t even order anything because of the price she just had coffee. We should of done the same thing!!

Breakfast is not only overpriced, but nothing is fresh. All the bacon, sausage and hasbrowns are pre-cooked and overcooked.Plus they got rid of they're special. Dennys 100% food is always fresh and they have good deals.
