Ordered pineapple chicken, felt like it wasn’t fresh but at the same time it was overly burnt, …also the 2 workers didn’t seem to have anyway enthusiasm which is not big deal in opinion but when the food is not good it plays a big part.Saturday mid July @ 1 pm 2023

It was absolutely disgusting! I have been ordering the same dish for many years from different locations pad sew, and this was not it at all! I ordered very spicy, with extra basil. It came over saulted, not spicy at all, undercooked noodles, dry old veggie and dry basil. What a waste of money, it's in the trash!!!!!

They try to do the least as possible; lazy.Don't bother asking for extras for specialized orders. They will try to convince you it can't be done.They hide utensils and napkins to save money; must specifically ask for them to receive.They'll give a lot of rice but not enough protein.Make sure they repeat your order to you.I asked for Basil and specifically asked for no pineapple. Lo and behold, pineapple was all over my food.Management: step it up. Your establishment's service provided used to be better. Quality of food used to be better as well. Wear gloves when handling food to prevent cross-contamination.Never returning here again.

My soup was 75% filled; the dasher took a pic and stole the rest of my order cause when I opened the bag, it contained souses that go with another dish that had been stolen. The other places protect their orders from stealling by including what is in it in the note. (used doordash)

Ordered Thai Soup from this location (because the store I usually order from closed early) via Uber eats and the Thai soup they sent tasted like hot water from the tap. Literally, hot water with zero flavor in it. As if they were low on soup so decided to add water abundantly without thinking. Never again I will ever order from this location. I wish there was a zero star option. How can they con people like that to save money. Places like this try to make a quick dime but there is no way they can stay in business in the long run using antics like this. Franchisees like this give a bad name to the brand. I will be taking this up with the franchise head office.

Staff is so unprofessional and rude and unethical and cheap.We were 4 and ordered food of about 70 bucks.When our food was ready, while picking itwe asked for cutlery.That guy gave only plastic forks counting us.I asked for plastic knife to eat chicken, staff clearly said “we just have forks we dont have knifes”.We went to our table with food and i was about to eat it with fork and saw a small hair on it. I couldn’t eat so i search for another one at the side table in the dining area.Guess what I found. Forks, spoons and knifes all plastic ones. I took one and started eating food.The guy who lied gave a weird look it ruin my Brunch.Why should you lie about the small stuff. And ruin the dining experience. How are we suppose to break chicken with plastic forks.Also if you say its not for customers then who is it for?? Also why even keep it there? hide it in your back place. Sooooo cheap guyI wish i could give you 0Also food was not good at all.My friend was sooo disappointed with food.So many tiny hairs on all the plastic stuff.

I've never been to a more horrible Thai express in my entire life. I would not recommend anyone to come here. These are the laziest people I have ever met. They sit and watch TV in the back and when you come in they are in such a rush to make your food so they can continue to watch TV again. No tissues or utensils can be found anywhere in there. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere where people atleast make an effort

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered green curry chicken and chicken pad see ew for takeout and the food tasted bland and had minimal flavour and toppings even though I paid for extra chicken for both. The chicken also tasted stale/old/hard to chew. None of the ingredients used appeared fresh. I often come to Thai Express but this was my first time at this location and I would absolutely never return. We couldn't even eat the food, $40 wasted, and had to order food from somewhere else. Very disappointing. Don't bother reaching out either, they ask you to submit a form and basically just thank you for your feedback but refuse to give a refund or credit or even respond to multiple emails. Horrible location and customer service.

The staff of the restaurant is highly insensitive and rude. I went there because i am a hypertension patient and wanted to use washroom for a minute. But they stopped me and asked me to vacate the premises by saying the restroom is only for the customer. If you buy something then only i may let you in for the washroom.This is highly insensitive and disrespectful for me. The lady specifically working there has no manners.

I ordered the Beef Tom Yum Soup and paid extra for extra veggie hoping for more tomatoes, cilantro, carrots, and spring onion. Comically, you guys added corn, broccoli, peppers.. plus the broth is on the clear side too. Transaction was made on May 6 around 4:50 PM. So disappointed.
