two words describe the service I have received from mister plumber 1. reasonable 2.excellent.my sump pump runs a lot and I needed to install sump pump combo with battery pack. I had called few people but Vlad responded quickly and provided quote which is reasonable and on top of that he gave me the date when he can get the pump and come by to install it.he came on time. explained why it runs a lot and installed the pump very efficiently.he also helped me by fixing the water level of one of my toilet tank without hesitation when i asked him.I have used couple plumber recently and I must say Vlad is the best in every possible way. well mannered, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and reasonable price point.from now on if needed he is the only person I will be calling and I recommend him highly for any kind of plumbing need.I am an extremely happy customer. wish Vlad and his company great success.shelly

Mister Plumber did a fantastic job fixing my main sewer from my home to the. It’s connection. It was a two day job and very labour intensive. They fixed my property back to its original state inside and outside. I would highly recommend this company!

I have used Mister Plumber a few times in the past. They are always my first choice for plumbing issues. Our sump pump was not working consistently so I wanted to have it replaced. I contacted them through their online messaging service. Andrew called me about 2-3 hours later and arranged to replace the pump the next day. Andrew explained the work to be done and all the costs before doing the job. The work was completed and Andrew showed me everything upon completion. Also, he told me about the city’s sump pump rebate program and provided me with all the documentation and information I need to apply for the rebate. I will continue to use Mister Plumber for any plumbing problems I may encounter in future.
