My Chiropractor suggested I try acupuncture for the sinus problems I was having. MedPrime is centrally located and had very good reviews so I went in and I’m so glad I did. I’ve received caring, prompt treatments that have greatly improved my breathing. I am now receiving treatment for neck pain and I am very pleased with the simple, pain free results I’ve had so far.

Two years ago, my first daughter got sick and could not chew any food for a week. She was four years old. She had no issues with her teeth. I found Medprime on google and took her there. Dr. Kim gave us some Chinese herb medicine and she was able to eat from the very next morning. She had constipation from when she was born. We had to give different medicine time to time, it worked very temporarily. But after taking some medicine from Dr. Kim for a week, she has not had any issues going to bathroom since then. it has been two years. He treated my daughters' cold, allergy, flu, bladder issues. My girls (6 and 4 years old) did not like the herb medicine at first, but now they take it without any complaints. They know they get better soon. Now I see my family doctor for shots and regular check-ups. but Dr. Kim is the one my family sees when we have any health issues. Thank you Dr. Kim!

A female, who did my procedure seems nice and she knows what she is doing and how to help you.But the customer service of this place is really lacking. The male older man at the reception is rude, not welcoming.Also, they asked me on my fifth time if I brought my gown. I said “no” and it made them upset. They told me to bring my own gown due to Covid.This place is close to my house and I did feel better after procedure, but emotionally it wasn’t the best experience.

Dr. Kim is the best! Put me back on my feet in 2 sessions! I was coughing for a month and a half and no medications could help, but then I got reffered to the MedPrime Wellness...And it was a gamechanger! I highly recommend this clinic! Dr Kim and his wife have always been warm and welcoming. In my experience it’s always been straight down to business, they determine the issue and treat it accordingly. I leave each session feeling better. They are very easy to work with when making and rescheduling appointments. Their clinic is clean and in an accessible location near highgate mall. They don’t make too much small talk, but they make up for it with their great service.

I received acupuncture for the first time ever, and chose this clinic because it’s close to me. However, both the female and male doctor there were rude to me. When I was laying face down, one of the points hurt and I rang the bell, and asked the male doctor to apply pressure to the area, so I didn’t have to move, and he snapped at me, “THIS IS AN ACUPUNCTURE CLINIC”, I guess he didn’t want to massage the area for me? Then he told me he was going to take all the needles out before the time was over, I guess that was my punishment for asking for assistance. I pleaded and said I would continue until the time was up, with the remaining needles. When I turned over, the female doctor initially stated she couldn’t work on me unless I trusted her, and I tried to understand what that meant. I agreed to attempt to trust her, and she did the treatment. When the session was finishing, I asked her how many treatments she does in the day here, and she responded, “Why do you want to know?”, and then we went silent. Because it was my first time, and acupuncture can open up emotions, I really am appalled at how poorly I was treated. I actually felt like crying. I wouldn’t support this business because they are mean to customers, and don’t show any empathy or compassion. I told them that I have depression and anxiety, and stated that on the intake form. I guess they didn’t consider that. I’m sure I’ll get a long winded response from the owner in their defence, but the best remedy would be an apology.

For many different ailments and complaints, Dr. Kim & his wife have put me together back again. They gave me hope once again of living a normal life without pain. At the beginning it took several intense treatments to get me out of that dark hole to make me whole again. Now I just come for some one and off again maintenance seasonal maintenance. Thank you Dr. Kim & your wife for taking such good care of me that I am back to work.

I highly recommend the clinic. I arrived with a lot of low back pain and from the first day, I received excellent care. During some sessions, I experienced considerable improvement. Mrs. Grace was always very attentive and treated me with acupuncture and a lot of respect and affection! I returned later for more treatment and remain extremely satisfied. I always feel well taken care of.

Dr Kim and his wife are exceptionally wonderful people and gifted healers. It is pleasure to be treated by them . Both have in depth acupuncture knowledge and are very attentive practitioners. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Kim is amazing! I highly recommend visiting MedPrime is you are suffering with pain. I had intense lower back pain where I was hunched over when walking and having spasms of pain. After 3 acupuncture sessions, I feel back to normal. Dr. Kim is friendly and professional and what he does WORKS!!! Thank you Dr. Kim.
