Horrible Tailor,The worst experience I have ever had.I drove from North Vancouver to Surrey to make the ready made saree and blouse.I had bought my saree from Dubai.unfortunately,she spoiled my expensive saree.I am furious because I paid 145 CAD to her for disappointing,poor job and so many times back and forth,at the end I can not wear my saree.No recommended at all.never,never,never come back.

Very bad experience.Ruins my expensive clothes. Never go there the staff is so rude and do not listen to your preferences. Before it was good.. now all new people with No skills and stitching training. They need to learn first how to stitch. Poor service

I am a first time mother of the bride and was very apprehensive. The ladies at Glamour were beyond amazing.My daughters suits were very well made and any minor adjustments were very well received. I decided for one of my younger daughters suits to use a local Abbotsford tailor and was very disappointed . It is well worth the drive out to Surrey.My daughter refuses to get suits made from anywhere else. These ladies are exceptional in their service and will text in advance if they can’t meet the promised date but usually have everything ready in advance .I thank them for their excellent service !

Service has gone downhill and the owner (Krishan) is quite rude and abrasive towards customers when confronted regarding unsatisfactory tailoring and alterations. Save your money by taking your outfits somewhere they will be taken care of, instead of losing out on the cost of the outfit and tailoring costs.Edit:Why is the owner refusing to take accountability for his terrible service? Yet another reason to take your business elsewhere.

Lady who helped was good good work but customer service, no hi hello so smile it was like she had yo work which was a big problem. And they do not update. When I called she said she was behind for 4 days I do understand but it’s her job ti inform client yo come late righty. But we can’t expect so much as long as they do the work ok

Stitching on suits is not what it use to be. Staff does not admit to their mistakes. Very frustrating process.

Glamour ladies tailor are very professional in their work. Staff are very humble and courteous. They get your dress ready much before time and their stitching is so perfect. I recommend anyone to try this place and receive the awesome experience I have received.
