It is June 1 at 12noon. I wish my experience was pleasant. This restaurant is poorly managed and not maintained efficiently. We had a reservation for 12 pm and we were seated immediately. That's as good as it gets. My table along with 7 others noticed our table was sticky with obvious stains of food or drinks that wasn't wiped off properly. It was so bad that our water glasses were very hard to remove from the table. Then it took awhile to order. And then it took at least 1 hour and 10 minutes to receive my food. When I did receive my Bun cha ha noi, I noticed that the pork was close to cold. I was very disappointed. I literally was the last to receive my order. Why? Others said they liked their food but it was overpriced. Such a shame for such a nice location. Not worth the hype. It was obvious they were understaffed. And whomever was managing the restaurant, did a poor job of doing so. I hope they address these issues. Good luck.

I’ve come to Com a few times in the past and used to really love it despite them having higher prices than most Richmond eats. Was obsessed with their spring rolls and chicken wings. Over the last few visits, the quality has regularly been going down.$15 for 4 these new tiny spring rolls was ridiculous, not to mention the quality has dropped drastically. I’m attaching a picture of how their spring rolls used to look versus now. One of the chicken wings (which are still good, though not as good as they used to be) was the size of my thumb. Presentation is very different from how it used to be.The Banj Mi Chao was not good to me, though I don’t get this super regularly at other places so I can’t give an accurate comparison.Paid $90 for a meal for 2 people and wasn’t even full. They also only take debit and dash now, or credit with the 2% fee, though this I can see past. Free parking in the back.Overall, Cannot recommend anymore. They’ll need to change something if they hope to stay afloat in this competitive Richmond food scene of more value eats.

Com Restaurant offers a nice decor, but I found the prices to be a bit expensive. The chicken wings were okay, but the To to com had a delicious aroma. However, the hot stone beef was disappointing as it wasn't hot at all. The bun rieu was large in portion and tasted decent. Overall, it was a mixed experience, and I suggest exploring other options before choosing this restaurant.

The best Pho I have had in Vancouver/Richmond/Burnaby. Papaya salad was salty for me . The place clean and staffs so kind and friendly

Absolutely amazing. Our whole group was impressed with the dishes here.Phenomenal service. My brother dropped his chopstick and a server was there a split second later replacing his utensils. They were very accommodating with dietary restrictions. The flavours were delicious. And they directed us how to properly eat a few of the dishes.

I enjoy the bun cha, last time I had this dish was in northern Viet. Tasted pretty good to me. Only draw back is this place is a little over priced for me. But it didn't ruin my experience.

This is the second time visiting here. I couldn’t believe that the two tiny little rolls which are mostly filled with lectures and vermicelli cost me 9.5 dollars! The meat in vermicelli bowl was really dry.If you would like to enjoy the decor in the restaurant and drinks, this could be a good place. If you want Vietnamese food with reasonable portion and price, I wouldn’t recommend here.

Took my sister (and mom) here because she's been wanting to try it for the longest time and I highly recommended it! The food was delicious as always, service was good and food arrived pretty quick. She loved the atmosphere and decor of the place. It was my first time trying to Papaya Salad and Vermicelli Bowl Special and they did not disappoint. My mom was a fan of all the dishes, especially the Pho Saigon!Would recommend anyone to come here to try this place out. :)

Parking is horrible... The building has very few commercial spots. Most street parking nearby seemed to be permit only?Chicken wings are deliciously crisp, fresh, and juicy, with the right amount of tang from the fish sauce and a small hint of heat from the chili! The meat in Toto Special was straight up dry though, and seasoning /flavor wasn't anything special. I guess the egg yolk and sauce is included to rehydrate it.Appy arrived after main dish - guess you need to specify if you want it first. And main dishes don't arrive together. No quality check/follow up from the server. For the price, I expect more.

3.5 stars - I definitely believe you are paying for the nice decor and the service.Cleanliness, presentation, atmosphere, and service usually reflects the menu pricing. So I was prepared, happy, and willing to pay. Truthfully I was very excited! However I have to say most of the dishes we ordered were mediocre, chicken wings, bun bo hue, spring rolls. We did love the broth of the Mien noodle bowl, this one was the family favorite. It was flavourful and the glass noodles isn't a common sold item in most Vietnamese restaurant, so I definitely appreciated this noodle bowl.I would still recommend that you try! If a nice ambiance, cleanliness, decent food, great service is something you're willing to pay for. However if you're looking for portion, good food, a hearty bang for your buck meal. I'm not sure this will be your cup of tea.
