Very disappointed in Enbridge & CLEAResult. Most customers don't qualify for the Home Winterproofing Program.The Truth About The HWP:- Enbridge's partner CLEAResult said homes that were built after 1980 have insulation, so they don't qualify for the insulation part of the HWP. Your home has to be 40+ years old and not have insulation.- If you don't qualify for the insulation part of the HWP, you also don't qualify for draft-proofing (window sealing).- If your furnace is too old, it might not be compatible with Smart Thermostats.The Truth About The Save On Energy Program:- Your AC won't be replaced if it's not a portable one.- Your fridge / freezer has to be really old (like over 15 years old).

I have had my smart thermostat installed today by Imran and the professionalism he showed in his work was remarkable.He is on time, knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and answers all of my questions and concern.My furnace is exceeding old and outdated but Imran manage to get it working with the ecobee3 lite thermostat. I would give him more than 5 stars rating if I could.
