Shipping women Heather has Attitude, very rude, she been reported not only to the management but also to customer who assigned truck companies for pickup. No one should have to deal with this women.

For Shipping department go straight cross the receiving docks ,make right from 4 ave N and make right again on 26 st N .. and u see the security gates stop there calling to shipper give your P/u number and trailer number and shipper give u door thanks

Our Appointment was at 3 pm but i was here by 9 am (6hrs early), Shipper said call at sharp 3 pm for dock, when i called at 3 pm shipper talked to me in attitude and said they don’t have docks available, wait outside, but they had one dock available
