Came here to have my tires done, when I came to pick my car up it had no front or back licence plates..The guy at the shop acted like he didn’t notice they were missing and then tried to say maybe the fell off when I drove the car over, even though that has literally never happened in the 2 years I’ve driven that car. They were on tight.they refused to help in anyway or even offer to check the cameras when I begged them cause I didn’t feel comfortable driving the car with out my plates.All together I would recommend people stay away from this shop, especially if your a girl. I saw some of the guys laughing at me when I was going threw this mess.Police said it isn’t the first time they’ve heard stuff like this happening either. Keep and eye on your car when you bring it to a shop!

Sean (The General Manager) is a highly honorable person and a pleasure to deal with and stands by the work that his garage does.I like their reporting system as well when you bring your car in where they will send you a link for a report that shows what they have reviewed, what issues they have found etc. with pictures and videos. Very informative!Their prices are very reasonable too.

Excellent experience, they were able to fit me in on a tight timeline for diagnostic, getting pictures and videos sent to me to show me what was found was a great touch, and had scheduled for repairs promptly. The quote I was given was the same as the actual invoice. Will definitely use them again.

Have gone for service twice, one a routine check up + oil change, another for a more involved service. Both times they have been extremely professional and straightforward, I trust their opinion. Great shop.

The guys (Paul and Sean) at Brock Road Garage are super honest and friendly people. I took both my cars in for checkups and oil changes and had a great experience. They are very thorough and explain any and all issues with your car. You even get a web report inclusive of pictures, videos and descriptions. I never felt that they were trying to upsell me and in fact they tried to save me money. I would 100% recommend them if you're looking for a good mechanic.Thanks again for all the good work!

I have been using Brock Rd garage for a few years now. I have been met with only professionalism. I receive full reports on my vehicle inspection, which includes a list with pictures of the items that have been serviced or are recommended to be serviced. I feel very confident bringing my vehicle here knowing that I will be treated fairly and my vehicle will receive proper maintenance and good workmanship.

Honest, dependable, and great people. I have relied on them for 4+ years with my BMW for regular maintenance as well as repairs and would 100% continue to if I still had a car to bring to them. I love that they send full reports with photographs after an inspection to go through each detail of the recommended service with you. They will not try to take advantage of you if you know nothing about cars. They really went above and beyond for me and I can’t recommend them enough.

The best garage I've ever used, hands-down. Fast service, clear expectations, and transparent pricing. They were able to take in my car on a few days' notice, and they set clear expectations on costs according to my car's symptoms. Then they sent me a detailed PDF report by email with screenshots of concerns they had for my records. They had my car repaired in a single day because they were prepared with common parts in a nearby warehouse. I paid exactly what they quoted and couldn't be happier. This is my new go-to place.

Overall good service!I had to get my starter motor replaced along with several other issues with my Mitsubishi. Tire rod replacement, parking brake kit replacement, and a wheel stud replaced. Paul and Sean over the phone were very polite and professional. I had all inspections and quotes sent to me in a detailed email along with photos!Minor negative - I did have to take the car back after to have the parking brake tightened (no extra cost ofcourse) as it was not properly tightened when installed. The business was very forth coming with wanting to fix all issues.4/5! Would recommend.
