Their sticker prices do not match the bar codes. So buyer beware, they will try to steal from you. And they will not respect Quebec law if you catch them at it . Why? Because they found a loophole in the law. By individually labelling products with prices, if their bar codes are wrong, they suffer no punishment for incorrect bar codes. Why do I call it a loophole? Because the cashier will never ever look at the price written and only scan the barcode to charge you. When you are mischarged and you point it out, you can be sure that they will not change the price associated to the bar code and will happily continue overcharging every other customer. Crooks.

The bike section service is not good at all. I took my Velec electric bike battery there in October 2022 and till now they have not contacted the velec company to repair it.

Horrible customer service, specially on the shoes area. The guys talking between them, just ignoring the clients, I asked for tree different shoes and my size was not available. Pretty disappointing experience.

SUPER Lousy service!I brought my brand new racquet for its first stringing service. And after 1 week, I got back my cracked racquet???? They told me to bring it back to the store where I bought it for warranty, OR contact directly with Victor company. There is nothing they can do because it's not Yonex!Hmm, hello. The clark who served us in the shoe section is very impolite. Since the beginning, he appeared very unhappy. He was not willing to offer any advice and made us feel like we are bothering him by asking him to get us a pair of a different shoe size. I hope it is the only clark in the store with attitude. However, we lost our appetite to shop further in the store and probably won’t come back in the future. I hope management can deliver the message to their employees the right attitude and minimal politeness they should have when serving a customer. I was in the store on Sunday September 5th at 11:00 AM.

Do Not have Benjamin the tech person touch your bicycle. He is a company man who will talk a very good game but in the end you will be worse off. Basically if this doesn't fix it he will suggest trying something else which of course adds up $$$. A bike I brought in with minor adjustments required is no longer useable unless I continue to pay for anything else he may have in mind. Again avoid this person at all costs and not to mention he appears to be high on something
