Asked for no tomato, and they repeated no tomato back to me and still put tomatoes on everything. I also asked for iced tea they gave me lemonade. Not sure why they ask if you want hot sauce if they don’t give you any either, lastly no fork in the bag to even eat.

Stopped in today to see if this location has improved, but it hasn't. First off it's probably 26 degrees Celsius inside. Feels like the AC is turned off. Had a selection of chalupa supreme, beef crunchy taco, beef burrito and a chili cheese burrito. All of the selections had about a tablespoon of beef, if that. Very disappointed. This used to be the best taco bell in Hamilton many years ago...

Brand new update. Finally did an upgrade on one of the last 1990 style decor restaurants left. Nice new tables and dining area. Fast service at the counter. If you have been to the Bell you know what the food looks like. Still one of my favorite places for a quick bite with a little spice!!

Decided to go to this location since it has reopened. Do I ever regret it. Bought a crunchwrap supreme and a fries supreme.. The place was a dead zone but it still took 20 minutes to receive my food.Needless to say I will not be going back. How does 10 fries and a dollop of sour cream with a drop of cheese constitute fries supreme? Or the beauty that was the wish version of a crunch wrap!? (Pic)

We made a big order in the drive though. They missed 1 full combo and 1 fries supreme. When we drove back the people at the window were literally fighting us, acting like we were lying, and gaslighting. Very unfriendly service. Trust me i did not want to make a trip back either but we were missing so much food. So stupid, its not coming out of your pocket buddy, not cool.

I ordered a chalupa combo and a soft shell taco, when I got home I realized they forgot the taco. so I called to inform them and instead of them rectifying their error they said they put the taco in the bag and proceeded to argue about it. It was a 2 dollar taco regardless I paid for it and never received one

These are my awful $5 Fan favourite soft and hard taco supremes. Only they forgot to make them supreme. No receipt. Drive thru person didn’t even say hello or thanked me. Just gave me the debit machine, the bag and that’s it. This place needs new management and a complete facelift. Overall poor experience from a customer service side and food.Also how does Taco Bell run out of their own sauce?

The girl at the front counter was rude speaking a different language and not lessoning to customer. The fries were the only thing hot. The worst experience and customer service I've ever had.
