The staff here are always friendly and willing to help. This is a small location, though, so they have the bare minimum. They order my cat food for me, so if you're looking for something that's not on the shelf, ask them if they can order it for you. They always call me right away to let me know when my stuff is in, and they get deliveries on a fairly frequent basis.

Excellent staff great environment.. but when I took my lama in for its toe nails to be clipped. Was told politely that they don't trim llama's toes

such a personal team. we greatly appreciate the level of customer service as this location adjusts to a form of curbside pickup during the challenging times we live in. They are responsive and really great at providing a call back with timelines whenever a product was out of stock. Thank you so much for your resilience during these incredibly challenging times!!

This location has the most amazing, friendly and welcoming staff. They have the cutest 3 legged cat named Yardly - because a yard has 3 feet. Ha! Brilliant!!!!

The staff are super friendly. My pup always has a good time here. Lots of product selection. Knowledgeable helpful staff who really care about the customer. Prices are good.
