I buy the paint form them and on receipt they say me refund or exchange but in real they don’t and paint is really expensive there so please don’t come back here

This is by far my favourite store, all categories combined. If they sold groceries, I'd buy them there haha They are extremely competent, friendly and plain fun! They also really take their time understanding our needs and making recommendations. It has been a great experience every time we've gone. You just can't go back to other stores.

Such a fabulous experience! I was helped by Francoise who was so kind and patient (I literally had her find 30 different colours, the woman is an angel) She is clearly passionate about colour and design, was very helpful and informative, and helped me narrow down my options so that I could make the best decision for my space. Highly recommend this place.

Rude and unhelpful!I’ve been getting my paint at multiple BM locations for many years and always great service, this was by far the worst service ever!Go to Rona DG right across the street, better service and you don’t have to wait 48 hours for a colour match

This was my first time at the BM St Jacques location and it was impressive. Francois helped me with my colour choice - extremely knowledgeable and she managed to find the exact colour I was looking for by checking a photo I had!!! Best customer experience both with Francois and John. I highly recommend!

This was hands down the best customer experience I’ve ever had. Françoise was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had lots of fun creating our new color palette. I highly recommend!
