BEST EXPERIENCE AT A VET EVER ! My 6 month old puppy got into a bunch of chocolate in my room I called Fairview clinic and they were all booked up for the day however said if no one else could see us they would see my puppy and make sure he’s okay . I called a few other places in town and they were all booked up I called the clinic back crying like a baby after asking me a few questions they said to bring him in right away and gave him the best care I’ve ever seen a vet give to an animal. They were so kind and compassionate my puppy was 100% comfortable with them and they gave me all the information I needed to make sure he’s cared for after I left their clinic. My baby is back to him normal gremlin self I can’t stress how thankful I am for everyone at Fairview pet hospital !!

We moved from our old clinic to this one about 3.5 months ago and it was the best decision we made for our pet. He was a senior cat with health conditions and we received the most amazing and compassionate care. Dr. Hickey was so kind and genuinely cares about her patients, she goes above and beyond what you would expect. The staff is so welcoming, I never felt like a bother even though I was calling so frequently.Sadly we lost our boy, and through that they were kind, compassionate and let us set the pace of that appointment. I honestly couldn't have asked for better care for our boy and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I am so happy I had such a miserable experience with my last visit at a DIFFERENT Brantford vet because I ended up scheduling a visit here for Bentley. The assistant was so friendly and my dog was very comfortable with her. The veterinarian is very knowledgeable and shares her knowledge with her patients. This vet does not cram as many patients in as they possibly can and takes the time to care for their patients. I am very comfortable bringing Bentley here and I highly recommend this office!

After many years with another vet practice in the city, we moved our 7 fur babies to Fairview. We just weren't satisfied with the care we were getting there, much less the feedback we received from our daughter who volunteered there and saw a different picture behind the scenes from the one presented in front.Our one cat has diabetes that hasn't been managed after several years at the other clinic. Just a few weeks here and a change of food to something he actually eats and he in remission! Two other fur babies have had ongoing issues that repeated visits elsewhere didn't find it resolved. Yet at Fairview they were found and resolved after the first visit. The care, follow up calls and compassion shown by Dr. Brill and Dr. Hickey have shown that they care about their patients and not just the bottom line. Both are easy to talk to and ask questions, and answers are provided clearly and compassionately. We never received such good care elsewhere. We and our fur babies are so glad we've found this well loved practice, and these caring doctors. We highly recommend them!!

Dr. Hickey has made our experience with our pets smooth, compassionate concerned, and thorough.She took time out her Friday night to call and check on Fonzy and let us know when to take him to the emerg vet.She went above and beyond in my opinion.Plus the clinic never smells and is very clean.They give you reminders if you choose. You can book appointments online. They follow up on any testing done. They are always very polite on the phone.So glad we found this gem!Update! This clinic has been the best in my books. They got Lily in the same day for x rays after she had her pups early in May 2022. To ensure she had them all. They explained what to expect and what to be concerned about. We could not ask for a better Vet.

Took my cat here, who had turned out to be suffering from possible strokes and, or a brain tumor. they misdiagnosed her with an ear infection and not even taking into account my cats pupils were not the same size, and they didn't give anything for helping with hydration. once we got that done, we later got a second opinion from another vet we're familiar with and should have went to in the first place, who properly diagnosed her, and sadly we had to put her down there. They were very sympathetic and I appreciate their professionalism something I can't say about the experience I had with Fairview. This place wouldn't even take the pills back after we had no need for them with only a couple being used. I will never go to this place again and from that I hope others don't get the same lack of care from the people at this establishment.

Sadly my best friend had to be laid to rest today with the help of the team from Fairview Drive Pet Hospital. My dog Casey had a great 15 year life, for most of his life I took him to Fairview Drive Pet Hospital. The staff and vets have been great! If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have had my dog for this many years, and I'm very thankful he had a long life. Thank you to the Hospital team for helping me get through today, you helped me Casey and Carole get through this difficult event. I highly recommend you trust your furry friends in the care of Fairview Drive. Thank you!

I wanted to try a new vet closer to home and saw the reviews for this clinic, so decided to take a chance. My husband and I have absolutely loved the service at this vet, and our puppy loves going here. She was so busy getting attention and love she didn't even realize she was getting a check up, or needles. Our older chicken grumpy dog doesn't mind it there either - no more shaking under the chairs and hiding. I can't imagine taking our 3 dogs anywhere else.

Dr. Brill and the techs here are so patient and compassionate. My cat is extremely difficult and they have handled all of his vaccinations and check-ups flawlessly. Any concerns I’ve had have been remedied and the level of care provided puts me at ease every-time. They love all pets (even the mean ones).

Very happy with the caring and professional atmosphere.Brought in my son's cat in an emergency as our last vet did not have time. They did an incredible job and we will only be going here now! Thank you very much!
