Went for our anniversary and could not be happier with the experience! The food was absolutely delicious (I had the trout, hubby had chicken and dumplings) and we were pleasantly surprised at the prices on the menu. A decently sized portion as well! The view of the river is a lovely addition.

We enjoyed our leisurely dinner at Hearth. Inventive and delicious approaches to classic prairie comfort food at reasonable prices for the quality. We had two small appetizers, two entrees, two small desserts, cocktails, and a bottle of wine for $180 (before tax and tip).Really loved the fun of the popcorn fries to start, the savoury and tender chicken in the chicken and dumplings (though found the corn/ gnocchi was a bit cloying), the short ribs and potatoes on the beef dish (though found the beef to be tough and lacking flavour in comparison). We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our table despite having a reservation, but enjoyed the cocktails in the meantime. The ambience leans more sterile hotel bar than the coziness in line with the comfort food menu, but that's a minor gripe.

Right from the walk through the door, to putting on our coats to leave, the door experience was excellent. The hostess showed us to our table immediately after confirming our reservation, even offered to take our coats, which I used in this instance, as it was a chilly night and I don't care for being smothered by my coat while dining. Our server was extremely polite & pleasant. They gave us a detailed rundown of the special that night and offered to make drink recommendations if needed. I had a cocktail to start and we ordered immediately upon their return. The Beef & Pork plates were absolutely to die for. Cooked to perfection and delicious. We opted for Desserts afterwards as well as a after dinner coffee. The desserts were quick & the coffee hit the spot. This was a dinner for a birthday celebration, and our server was aware as when the reservation was made the question is asked. We received a lovely postcard from the local Remai Modern with our Bill as well as a special treat in Honor of the Birthday. The decor is elegant & vintage with a soft mood light. I can't wait to go back.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The food is so delicious especially the vegan dish. The wine is also nice. Vibrant Staff, the bartender Rayan is so nice and he cares for your experience. Absolutely one of the best meals we had in Saskatoon. Highly recommend!

We arrived without a reservation and were still accommodated for brunch. The serving staff were friendly and polite. Both meals were very good; creamy borscht, tasty croque madame and fries, a roast beef sandwich with the perfect combo of flavors and consistencies and the rose lemonade was mild and refreshing. I would love to return soon and try their dinner menu. This time I'll be sure to make a reservation at this delicious and very popular restaurant.

WOW! Me and my husband choose Hearth to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We didn’t know what to order but ended trying the tasting menu and… what a surprise! I read some good things here, but it was so much better than the reviews. Everything was spot on, the service was perfect, the staff so friendly and welcoming, and the food was just amazing. We had such a great time and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks to everyone that were somehow part of this, we will never forget this experience.

Fairly priced for the quality of the food. The mushroom dish was delicious. There was just a bit too much sour cream on the pasta dish, but that’s just personal preference - still delicious nonetheless. The SK liqueur felt a bit too strong to be paired with the dessert, but that’s just personal preference again. Overall, it was a fun experience and would recommend.

Snuck in without a reservation. Lichens on the mushrooms dish was interesting. Great location.
