Ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza and it was 25$ before taxes and delivered. Half the pizza had no cheese there was barely any sauce and it was basically burnt. Crust was dry, it's almost like whoever made this pizza had no idea how to make a PIZZA. Worst pizza I've ever had and for the price it's just a joke 40$ after delivery fees lol.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The pizzas very burnt (I did not ask for well done) as seen and the chicken arabiatta pizza had little to no pizza sauce.I would not recommend this pizza hut location and would never visit here again.

We tried calling this branch for like 20 minutes, picked up once and kept us on hold forever. Later, someone disconnects the call and no one picks up. Then we come and visit the store and for like 10 minutes no one is at the cash counter. Not at all a good service per the Pizza Hut standards.

So I just witnessed one of the employees from this location scattering food all over the parking lot then when he saw me walking he quickly retreated inside, what happened to not feeding the wildlife? We're sick of the raccoons walking around everywhere...

The worst customer service I've ever had in my life! Before today I was a fan of this place and ordered pizzas very often. Today when I tried to do online order in their App, there was technical issue and I couldn't select side option, which never happened before. So I called this location and asked if they know why. The lady on the phone was so impatient and rude. She basically was shouting at me and told me the online order system has nothing to do with them, and in the end even hung up the phone on me!I was being polite and I don't know where her attitude came from.I will never order from this place again and will make sure my friends don't either.

Pathetic service. The person on the counter delivered half my items and refused to refund. Absolute garbage employees. I would suggest firing the current staff immediately.

Quite shocked after viewing their rating and reviews.Anyways, I ordered puffs and pizza. The prices are too high for a pizza store. Then I thought the taste might be better. However, I got the burnt pizza even I didn’t asked for “well done”.The puffs was literally raw dough.I think, this Pizza Hut is running with the brand name only, the owner purchased this restaurant and forgot that they have to manage it too.There is another Pizza Hut within 1 km, I prefer everyone to go there, it’s better then this one.

Not sure if this is pizza huts fault or Cinnabon. The buns are too mini. They were burnt/hard on the outside. And smothered in way too much frosting.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LOCATION. We ordered 3 pizza's online, recieved confirmation via email. We got there half an hour after the order was placed and NONE of the pizza's were made. Sadly this isn't the first time this location has messed up our order. Safe to say we will never be ordering from them again.TIP: DO NOT pay online for pickup. Pick the pay in store option...makes it easier to walk away as they try to argue with you when it's their mess up.
