Aquarius Pools & Spas is hands down the best place for all your pool and hot tub needs. Last year I bought a home that came with a pool. I've never owned a pool before so I went to a few places around town for advice. I was brushed off by all of them. Then I showed up to Aquarius and Carol sat me down and explained how everything works to me. The patience and kindness she showed me was above and beyond anything I could have expected. I will continue to buy all my supplies from them. Would rate 10 stars if possible!!

I am so happy with the customer service. Mike was here within a couple days of a phone call. The girls are so very friendly and willing to accolade and answer all questions. I would recommend Aquarius above all others. Thank you for the wonderful service!!

I am so happy to have found Aquarius Pools and Spas.. Best customer service ever! Im new to Brockville and to owning a pool and they went over and above! Mike even came to my house to get lid off pump ( I couldnt budge it and hubby was away) ...Carol came highly recommended and I see why. She is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
