Quick easy and did a great job. Had a CAA promotion on at the time. I trusted having my car done here and will be going back year after year.

First time for Krown and for this business. Completely satisfied on both counts. The salt removal treatment has made my engine block look as new (on a 8 year old car), and the Krown rustproofing gives me great piece of mind for long life on my car. The workers provided great customer service and showed genuine care for my car and pride in the quality of work they provided. I will be back for sure and tell others of the benefits in having their own car treated likewise. Thank you to the Krown Kemptville team!!

My family had 3 vehicles Krowned. Support local right? First off my son called and called and left a couple messages. No one ever answered or called us back, so we foolishly popped in and made appointments. They charged us for a 4 door truck, even though it's a small 2 door! They didn't wash any dirt off the underside of the vehicles, they just sprayed over it. We know this because when my husband checked the open rear frame, he grabbed a handful of dirt and Krown spray!! When he went in to complain, they refunded him the price difference and gave him 2 free spray cans of Krown. Wouldn't do anything else.They don't discuss anything with you, just take your vehicle and money. Never going back here.

Owner is likely a great person, but the employees are absolutely atrocious. They have 0 desire to listen to requests or adress any issues that may arise. I now have 4 doors with 4 new plug holes smack dab between the pre existing 2 holes that were already on each door. If you want to roll around in Swiss cheese after asking not to have the body drilled, and be laughed at by employees upon pick up, this is the place for you!

I had my 2018 Ram in to be it Krowned. The staff were SUPER FRIENDLY and they did an excellent job Krowning my truck. The clean up after was awesome. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be back.Dave

Krown Kemptville has done two of my cars, both older but low mileage. A Mercedes and a Volvo, and both show no signs of rust, and always come back clean. A pleasure to deal with. It is busy there, but I would think it is because they are a good place to go to and do good work. I personally know from my businesses, it is difficult to find competent staff throughout this pandemic.

With 2 old trucks(97 & 03) that needed rust stopped in it's tracks, Krown Kemptville proved to be exactly the right place to take them. From the very start of the process, the team at Krown Kemptville asked all the questions needed, to determine an accurate vehicle history, which really helped to not only make the right decisions for the trucks rust treatments, but also made me feel confident that the right decisions were made. The 2003 F150 is my first new vehicle ever purchased, no history of rust protection, and babied for almost 20 years. Shawn treated that truck like a jewel. I was definitely happy to hear from Shawn about how great a shape the truck was still in. The 1997 GMC Yukon was my Dad's, which I bought from him when it was 10 years old. We both babied the Yukon, and Shawn treated the Yukon with the same love my Dad and I did. Appointments were on time and quick too. From the owner to the work floor, Krown Kemptville is where to go when your vehicle needs protection. Definitely a professional system, run by professionals.

During busy periods, its very difficult to book an appointment because they don't answer the phone (even with multiple tries on various days). Just goes to voicemail.This business needs to understand that potential customers don't want to waste time calling back several times or waiting days for a call back. People want to spend money at your business - if you're not making appointment booking easy, they will go elsewhere.If Krown Kemptville thinks that running a lean staff during busy season is a good strategy, then they are tripping over dollars to save nickels.

I am very happy with my recent experience at Krown Kemptville! I booked in an appointment to get 2 older sports cars undercoated and protected for the winter. The end result looks great, was done fast and the service for car pick up was very easy to arrange.10/10 would highly recommend bringing your cars here.
